And the children of Israel again did evil in the sight of the LORD, when Ehud was dead.
| 1 Después de la muerte de Aod, los hijos de Israel volvieron a hacer lo malo ante los ojos de Jehová. | 1 Aber die Israeliten taten wiederum, was dem HERRN mißfiel, als Ehud gestorben war. |

And the LORD sold them into the hand of Jabin king of Canaan, that reigned in Hazor; the captain of whose host was Sisera, which dwelt in Harosheth of the Gentiles.
| 2 Y Jehová los vendió en mano de Jabín rey de Canaán, el cual reinó en Hazor; y el capitán de su ejército se llamaba Sísara, el cual habitaba en Haroset-goim. | 2 Und der HERR verkaufte sie in die Hand Jabins, des Königs von Kanaan, der zu Hazor herrschte, und sein Feldhauptmann war Sisera; der wohnte in Haroschet der Heiden. |

And the children of Israel cried unto the LORD: for he had nine hundred chariots of iron; and twenty years he mightily oppressed the children of Israel.
| 3 Entonces los hijos de Israel clamaron a Jehová, porque aquél tenía novecientos carros herrados, y había oprimido con crueldad a los hijos de Israel por veinte años. | 3 Und die Israeliten schrien zum HERRN, denn Jabin hatte neunhundert eiserne Wagen und unterdrückte die Israeliten mit Gewalt zwanzig Jahre. |

And Deborah, a prophetess, the wife of Lapidoth, she judged Israel at that time.
| 4 Gobernaba en aquel tiempo a Israel una mujer, Débora, profetisa, mujer de Lapidot; | 4 Zu der Zeit war Richterin in Israel die Prophetin Debora, die Frau Lappidots. |

And she dwelt under the palm tree of Deborah between Ramah and Bethel in mount Ephraim: and the children of Israel came up to her for judgment.
| 5 y acostumbraba sentarse bajo la palmera de Débora, entre Ramá y Bet-el, en el monte de Efraín; y los hijos de Israel subían a ella a juicio. | 5 Sie hatte ihren Sitz unter der Palme Deboras zwischen Rama und Bethel auf dem Gebirge Ephraim. Und die Israeliten kamen zu ihr hinauf zum Gericht. |

And she sent and called Barak the son of Abinoam out of Kedesh-naphtali, and said unto him, Hath not the LORD God of Israel commanded, saying, Go and draw toward mount Tabor, and take with thee ten thousand men of the children of Naphtali and of the children of Zebulun?
| 6 Y ella envió a llamar a Barac hijo de Abinoam, de Cedes de Neftalí, y le dijo: ¿No te ha mandado Jehová Dios de Israel, diciendo: Ve, junta a tu gente en el monte de Tabor, y toma contigo diez mil hombres de la tribu de Neftalí y de la tribu de Zabulón; | 6 Und sie sandte hin und ließ rufen Barak, den Sohn Abinoams aus Kedesch in Naftali, und ließ ihm sagen: Hat dir nicht der HERR, der Gott Israels, geboten: Geh hin und zieh auf den Berg Tabor und nimm zehntausend Mann mit dir von Naftali und Sebulon? |

And I will draw unto thee to the river Kishon Sisera, the captain of Jabin's army, with his chariots and his multitude; and I will deliver him into thine hand.
| 7 y yo atraeré hacia ti al arroyo de Cisón a Sísara, capitán del ejército de Jabín, con sus carros y su ejército, y lo entregaré en tus manos? | 7 Ich aber will Sisera, den Feldhauptmann Jabins, dir zuführen an den Bach Kischon mit seinen Wagen und mit seinem Heer und will ihn in deine Hände geben. |

And Barak said unto her, If thou wilt go with me, then I will go: but if thou wilt not go with me, then I will not go.
| 8 Barac le respondió: Si tú fueres conmigo, yo iré; pero si no fueres conmigo, no iré. | 8 Barak sprach zu ihr: Wenn du mit mir ziehst, so will auch ich ziehen; ziehst du aber nicht mit mir, so will auch ich nicht ziehen. |

And she said, I will surely go with thee: notwithstanding the journey that thou takest shall not be for thine honour; for the LORD shall sell Sisera into the hand of a woman. And Deborah arose, and went with Barak to Kedesh.
| 9 Ella dijo: Iré contigo; mas no será tuya la gloria de la jornada que emprendes, porque en mano de mujer venderá Jehová a Sísara. Y levantándose Débora, fue con Barac a Cedes. | 9 Sie sprach: Ich will mit dir ziehen; aber der Ruhm wird nicht dein sein auf diesem Kriegszug, den du unternimmst, sondern der HERR wird Sisera in eines Weibes Hand geben. So machte sich Debora auf und zog mit Barak nach Kedesch. |

And Barak called Zebulun and Naphtali to Kedesh; and he went up with ten thousand men at his feet: and Deborah went up with him.
| 10 Y juntó Barac a Zabulón y a Neftalí en Cedes, y subió con diez mil hombres a su mando; y Débora subió con él. | 10 Da rief Barak Sebulon und Naftali nach Kedesch; und es zogen hinauf ihm nach zehntausend Mann. Debora zog auch mit ihm. |

Now Heber the Kenite, which was of the children of Hobab the father in law of Moses, had severed himself from the Kenites, and pitched his tent unto the plain of Zaanaim, which is by Kedesh.
| 11 Y Heber ceneo, de los hijos de Hobab suegro de Moisés, se había apartado de los ceneos, y había plantado sus tiendas en el valle de Zaanaim, que está junto a Cedes. | 11 Heber aber, der Keniter, war von den Kenitern, vom Geschlecht Hobabs, mit dem Mose verschwägert war, weggezogen und hatte sein Zelt aufgeschlagen bei der Eiche in Zaanannim bei Kedesch. |

And they shewed Sisera that Barak the son of Abinoam was gone up to mount Tabor.
| 12 Vinieron, pues, a Sísara las nuevas de que Barac hijo de Abinoam había subido al monte de Tabor. | 12 Da wurde Sisera angesagt, daß Barak, der Sohn Abinoams, auf den Berg Tabor gezogen wäre. |

And Sisera gathered together all his chariots, even nine hundred chariots of iron, and all the people that were with him, from Harosheth of the Gentiles unto the river of Kishon.
| 13 Y reunió Sísara todos sus carros, novecientos carros herrados, con todo el pueblo que con él estaba, desde Haroset- goim hasta el arroyo de Cisón. | 13 Und er rief alle seine Kriegswagen zusammen, neunhundert eiserne Wagen, und das ganze Volk, das mit ihm war, aus Haroschet der Heiden an den Bach Kischon. |

And Deborah said unto Barak, Up; for this is the day in which the LORD hath delivered Sisera into thine hand: is not the LORD gone out before thee? So Barak went down from mount Tabor, and ten thousand men after him.
| 14 Entonces Débora dijo a Barac: Levántate, porque este es el día en que Jehová ha entregado a Sísara en tus manos. ¿No ha salido Jehová delante de ti? Y Barac descendió del monte de Tabor, y diez mil hombres en pos de él. | 14 Debora aber sprach zu Barak: Auf ! Das ist der Tag, an dem dir der HERR den Sisera in deine Hand gegeben hat, denn der HERR ist ausgezogen vor dir her. So zog Barak von dem Berge Tabor hinab und die zehntausend Mann ihm nach. |

And the LORD discomfited Sisera, and all his chariots, and all his host, with the edge of the sword before Barak; so that Sisera lighted down off his chariot, and fled away on his feet.
| 15 Y Jehová quebrantó a Sísara, a todos sus carros y a todo su ejército, a filo de espada delante de Barac; y Sísara descendió del carro, y huyó a pie. | 15 Und der HERR erschreckte den Sisera samt allen seinen Wagen und dem ganzen Heer vor der Schärfe von Baraks Schwert, so daß Sisera von seinem Wagen sprang und zu Fuß floh. |

But Barak pursued after the chariots, and after the host, unto Harosheth of the Gentiles: and all the host of Sisera fell upon the edge of the sword; and there was not a man left.
| 16 Mas Barac siguió los carros y el ejército hasta Haroset- goim, y todo el ejército de Sísara cayó a filo de espada, hasta no quedar ni uno. | 16 Barak aber jagte den Wagen und dem Heer nach bis Haroschet der Heiden. Und Siseras ganzes Heer fiel durch die Schärfe des Schwerts, so daß auch nicht einer übrigblieb. |

Howbeit Sisera fled away on his feet to the tent of Jael the wife of Heber the Kenite: for there was peace between Jabin the king of Hazor and the house of Heber the Kenite.
| 17 Y Sísara huyó a pie a la tienda de Jael mujer de Heber ceneo; porque había paz entre Jabín rey de Hazor y la casa de Heber ceneo. | 17 Sisera aber floh zu Fuß in das Zelt Jaëls, der Frau des Keniters Heber. Denn der König Jabin von Hazor und das Haus Hebers, des Keniters, lebten miteinander im Frieden. |

And Jael went out to meet Sisera, and said unto him, Turn in, my lord, turn in to me; fear not. And when he had turned in unto her into the tent, she covered him with a mantle.
| 18 Y saliendo Jael a recibir a Sísara, le dijo: Ven, señor mío, ven a mí, no tengas temor. Y él vino a ella a la tienda, y ella le cubrió con una manta. | 18 Jaël aber ging hinaus Sisera entgegen und sprach zu ihm: Kehre ein, mein Herr, kehre ein bei mir und fürchte dich nicht! Und er kehrte bei ihr ein in ihr Zelt, und sie deckte ihn mit einer Decke zu. |

And he said unto her, Give me, I pray thee, a little water to drink; for I am thirsty. And she opened a bottle of milk, and gave him drink, and covered him.
| 19 Y él le dijo: Te ruego me des de beber un poco de agua, pues tengo sed. Y ella abrió un odre de leche y le dio de beber, y le volvió a cubrir. | 19 Er aber sprach zu ihr: Gib mir doch ein wenig Wasser zu trinken, denn ich habe Durst. Da öffnete sie den Schlauch mit Milch und gab ihm zu trinken und deckte ihn wieder zu. |

Again he said unto her, Stand in the door of the tent, and it shall be, when any man doth come and enquire of thee, and say, Is there any man here? that thou shalt say, No.
| 20 Y él le dijo: Estate a la puerta de la tienda; y si alguien viniere, y te preguntare, diciendo: ¿Hay aquí alguno? tú responderás que no. | 20 Und er sprach zu ihr: Tritt in die Tür des Zeltes, und wenn einer kommt und fragt, ob jemand hier sei, so sprich: Niemand. |

Then Jael Heber's wife took a nail of the tent, and took an hammer in her hand, and went softly unto him, and smote the nail into his temples, and fastened it into the ground: for he was fast asleep and weary. So he died.
| 21 Pero Jael mujer de Heber tomó una estaca de la tienda, y poniendo un mazo en su mano, se le acercó calladamente y le metió la estaca por las sienes, y la enclavó en la tierra, pues él estaba cargado de sueño y cansado; y así murió. | 21 Da nahm Jaël, die Frau Hebers, einen Pflock von dem Zelt und einen Hammer in ihre Hand und ging leise zu ihm hinein und schlug ihm den Pflock durch seine Schläfe, daß er in die Erde drang. Er aber war ermattet in einen tiefen Schlaf gesunken. So starb er. |

And, behold, as Barak pursued Sisera, Jael came out to meet him, and said unto him, Come, and I will shew thee the man whom thou seekest. And when he came into her tent, behold, Sisera lay dead, and the nail was in his temples.
| 22 Y siguiendo Barac a Sísara, Jael salió a recibirlo, y le dijo: Ven, y te mostraré al varón que tú buscas. Y él entró donde ella estaba, y he aquí Sísara yacía muerto con la estaca por la sien. | 22 Als aber Barak Sisera nachjagte, ging ihm Jaël entgegen und sprach zu ihm: Komm her! Ich will dir den Mann zeigen, den du suchst. Und als er zu ihr hereinkam, lag Sisera tot da, und der Pflock steckte in seiner Schläfe. |

So God subdued on that day Jabin the king of Canaan before the children of Israel.
| 23 Así abatió Dios aquel día a Jabín, rey de Canaán, delante de los hijos de Israel. | 23 So demütigte Gott zu der Zeit Jabin, den König von Kanaan, vor Israel. |

And the hand of the children of Israel prospered, and prevailed against Jabin the king of Canaan, until they had destroyed Jabin king of Canaan. | 24 Y la mano de los hijos de Israel fue endureciéndose más y más contra Jabín rey de Canaán, hasta que lo destruyeron. | 24 Und die Hand der Israeliten legte sich immer härter auf Jabin, den König von Kanaan, bis sie ihn vernichteten. |
