And there was a man of mount Ephraim, whose name was Micah.
| 1 Hubo un hombre del monte de Efraín, que se llamaba Micaía, | 1 Es war ein Mann auf dem Gebirge Ephraim mit Namen Micha. |

And he said unto his mother, The eleven hundred shekels of silver that were taken from thee, about which thou cursedst, and spakest of also in mine ears, behold, the silver is with me; I took it. And his mother said, Blessed be thou of the LORD, my son.
| 2 el cual dijo a su madre: Los mil cien siclos de plata que te fueron hurtados, acerca de los cuales maldijiste, y de los cuales me hablaste, he aquí el dinero está en mi poder; yo lo tomé. Entonces la madre dijo: Bendito seas de Jehová, hijo mío. | 2 Der sprach zu seiner Mutter: Die tausendeinhundert Silberstücke, die dir genommen worden sind und derenthalben du den Fluch gesprochen und ihn auch vor meinen eigenen Ohren gesagt hast - siehe, dies Geld ist bei mir; ich selbst hab's genommen. Da sprach seine Mutter: Gesegnet seist du, mein Sohn, vom HERRN! |

And when he had restored the eleven hundred shekels of silver to his mother, his mother said, I had wholly dedicated the silver unto the LORD from my hand for my son, to make a graven image and a molten image: now therefore I will restore it unto thee.
| 3 Y él devolvió los mil cien siclos de plata a su madre; y su madre dijo: En verdad he dedicado el dinero a Jehová por mi hijo, para hacer una imagen de talla y una de fundición; ahora, pues, yo te lo devuelvo. | 3 So gab er seiner Mutter die tausendeinhundert Silberstücke zurück. Und seine Mutter sprach: Ich weihe nun das Geld dem HERRN; es kommt aus meiner Hand für meinen Sohn, damit man ein geschnitztes und gegossenes Bild davon machen soll. Darum gebe ich's dir nun wieder. |

Yet he restored the money unto his mother; and his mother took two hundred shekels of silver, and gave them to the founder, who made thereof a graven image and a molten image: and they were in the house of Micah.
| 4 Mas él devolvió el dinero a su madre, y tomó su madre doscientos siclos de plata y los dio al fundidor, quien hizo de ellos una imagen de talla y una de fundición, la cual fue puesta en la casa de Micaía. | 4 Aber er gab seiner Mutter das Geld zurück. Da nahm seine Mutter zweihundert Silberstücke und gab sie dem Goldschmied; der machte ein geschnitztes und gegossenes Bild daraus; das kam danach in das Haus Michas. |

And the man Micah had an house of gods, and made an ephod, and teraphim, and consecrated one of his sons, who became his priest.
| 5 Y este hombre Micaía tuvo casa de dioses, e hizo efod y terafines, y consagró a uno de sus hijos para que fuera su sacerdote. | 5 Der Mann Micha hatte nämlich ein Gotteshaus und machte einen Efod und Hausgötzen und füllte einem seiner Söhne die Hand, so daß er sein Priester wurde. |

In those days there was no king in Israel, but every man did that which was right in his own eyes.
| 6 En aquellos días no había rey en Israel; cada uno hacía lo que bien le parecía. | 6 Zu der Zeit war kein König in Israel, und jeder tat, was ihn recht dünkte. |

And there was a young man out of Bethlehemjudah of the family of Judah, who was a Levite, and he sojourned there.
| 7 Y había un joven de Belén de Judá, de la tribu de Judá, el cual era levita, y forastero allí. | 7 Es war aber ein junger Mann von Bethlehem in Juda aus dem Geschlecht Judas; der war ein Levit und war dort fremd. |

And the man departed out of the city from Bethlehemjudah to sojourn where he could find a place: and he came to mount Ephraim to the house of Micah, as he journeyed.
| 8 Este hombre partió de la ciudad de Belén de Judá para ir a vivir donde pudiera encontrar lugar; y llegando en su camino al monte de Efraín, vino a casa de Micaía. | 8 Er zog aber aus der Stadt Bethlehem in Juda, um einen Ort zu finden, wo er bleiben konnte. Als er so seines Weges zog, kam er aufs Gebirge Ephraim zum Hause Michas. |

And Micah said unto him, Whence comest thou? And he said unto him, I am a Levite of Bethlehemjudah, and I go to sojourn where I may find a place.
| 9 Y Micaía le dijo: ¿De dónde vienes? Y el levita le respondió: Soy de Belén de Judá, y voy a vivir donde pueda encontrar lugar. | 9 Da fragte ihn Micha: Wo kommst du her? Er antwortete ihm: Ich bin ein Levit aus Bethlehem in Juda und wandere, um einen Ort zu finden, wo ich bleiben kann. |

And Micah said unto him, Dwell with me, and be unto me a father and a priest, and I will give thee ten shekels of silver by the year, and a suit of apparel, and thy victuals. So the Levite went in.
| 10 Entonces Micaía le dijo: Quédate en mi casa, y serás para mí padre y sacerdote; y yo te daré diez siclos de plata por año, vestidos y comida. Y el levita se quedó. | 10 Micha sprach zu ihm: Bleibe bei mir, du sollst mir Vater und Priester sein. Ich will dir jährlich zehn Silberstücke und deine Kleidung und Nahrung geben. |

And the Levite was content to dwell with the man; and the young man was unto him as one of his sons.
| 11 Agradó, pues, al levita morar con aquel hombre, y fue para él como uno de sus hijos. | 11 Der Levit willigte ein, bei dem Mann zu bleiben; und der hielt ihn wie einen Sohn. |

And Micah consecrated the Levite; and the young man became his priest, and was in the house of Micah.
| 12 Y Micaía consagró al levita, y aquel joven le servía de sacerdote, y permaneció en casa de Micaía. | 12 Und Micha füllte dem Leviten die Hand, daß er sein Priester wurde, und so war er im Haus Michas. |

Then said Micah, Now know I that the LORD will do me good, seeing I have a Levite to my priest. | 13 Y Micaía dijo: Ahora sé que Jehová me prosperará, porque tengo un levita por sacerdote. | 13 Und Micha sprach: Nun weiß ich, daß mir der HERR wohltun wird, weil ich einen Leviten zum Priester habe. |
