And the children of Israel did evil again in the sight of the LORD; and the LORD delivered them into the hand of the Philistines forty years.
| 1 Los hijos de Israel volvieron a hacer lo malo ante los ojos de Jehová; y Jehová los entregó en mano de los filisteos por cuarenta años. | 1 Und die Israeliten taten wiederum, was dem HERRN mißfiel, und der HERR gab sie in die Hände der Philister vierzig Jahre. |

And there was a certain man of Zorah, of the family of the Danites, whose name was Manoah; and his wife was barren, and bare not.
| 2 Y había un hombre de Zora, de la tribu de Dan, el cual se llamaba Manoa; y su mujer era estéril, y nunca había tenido hijos. | 2 Es war aber ein Mann in Zora von einem Geschlecht der Daniter, mit Namen Manoach, und seine Frau war unfruchtbar und hatte keine Kinder. |

And the angel of the LORD appeared unto the woman, and said unto her, Behold now, thou art barren, and bearest not: but thou shalt conceive, and bear a son.
| 3 A esta mujer apareció el ángel de Jehová, y le dijo: He aquí que tú eres estéril, y nunca has tenido hijos; pero concebirás y darás a luz un hijo. | 3 Und der Engel des HERRN erschien der Frau und sprach zu ihr: Siehe, du bist unfruchtbar und hast keine Kinder, aber du wirst schwanger werden und einen Sohn gebären. |

Now therefore beware, I pray thee, and drink not wine nor strong drink, and eat not any unclean thing:
| 4 Ahora, pues, no bebas vino ni sidra, ni comas cosa inmunda. | 4 So hüte dich nun, Wein oder starkes Getränk zu trinken und Unreines zu essen; |

For, lo, thou shalt conceive, and bear a son; and no razor shall come on his head: for the child shall be a Nazarite unto God from the womb: and he shall begin to deliver Israel out of the hand of the Philistines.
| 5 Pues he aquí que concebirás y darás a luz un hijo; y navaja no pasará sobre su cabeza, porque el niño será nazareo a Dios desde su nacimiento, y él comenzará a salvar a Israel de mano de los filisteos. | 5 denn du wirst schwanger werden und einen Sohn gebären, dem kein Schermesser aufs Haupt kommen soll. Denn der Knabe wird ein Geweihter Gottes sein von Mutterleibe an; und er wird anfangen, Israel zu erretten aus der Hand der Philister. |

Then the woman came and told her husband, saying, A man of God came unto me, and his countenance was like the countenance of an angel of God, very terrible: but I asked him not whence he was, neither told he me his name:
| 6 Y la mujer vino y se lo contó a su marido, diciendo: Un varón de Dios vino a mí, cuyo aspecto era como el aspecto de un ángel de Dios, temible en gran manera; y no le pregunté de dónde ni quién era, ni tampoco él me dijo su nombre. | 6 Da kam die Frau und sagte es ihrem Mann und sprach: Es kam ein Mann Gottes zu mir, und seine Gestalt war an zusehen wie der Engel Gottes, zum Erschrecken, so daß ich ihn nicht fragte, woher oder wohin; und er sagte mir nicht, wie er hieß. |

But he said unto me, Behold, thou shalt conceive, and bear a son; and now drink no wine nor strong drink, neither eat any unclean thing: for the child shall be a Nazarite to God from the womb to the day of his death.
| 7 Y me dijo: He aquí que tú concebirás, y darás a luz un hijo; por tanto, ahora no bebas vino, ni sidra, ni comas cosa inmunda, porque este niño será nazareo a Dios desde su nacimiento hasta el día de su muerte. | 7 Er sprach aber zu mir: Siehe, du wirst schwanger werden und einen Sohn gebären. So trinke nun keinen Wein oder starkes Getränk und iß nichts Unreines; denn der Knabe soll ein Geweihter Gottes sein von Mutterleibe an bis zum Tag seines Todes. |

Then Manoah intreated the LORD, and said, O my Lord, let the man of God which thou didst send come again unto us, and teach us what we shall do unto the child that shall be born.
| 8 Entonces oró Manoa a Jehová, y dijo: Ah, Señor mío, yo te ruego que aquel varón de Dios que enviaste, vuelva ahora a venir a nosotros, y nos enseñe lo que hayamos de hacer con el niño que ha de nacer. | 8 Da bat Manoach den HERRN und sprach: Ach, Herr, laß den Mann Gottes wieder zu uns kommen, den du gesandt hast, damit er uns lehre, was wir mit dem Knaben tun sollen, der geboren werden soll. |

And God hearkened to the voice of Manoah; and the angel of God came again unto the woman as she sat in the field: but Manoah her husband was not with her.
| 9 Y Dios oyó la voz de Manoa; y el ángel de Dios volvió otra vez a la mujer, estando ella en el campo; mas su marido Manoa no estaba con ella. | 9 Und Gott erhörte Manoach, und der Engel Gottes kam wieder zu der Frau. Sie saß aber auf dem Felde, und ihr Mann Manoach war nicht bei ihr. |

And the woman made haste, and ran, and shewed her husband, and said unto him, Behold, the man hath appeared unto me, that came unto me the other day.
| 10 Y la mujer corrió prontamente a avisarle a su marido, diciéndole: Mira que se me ha aparecido aquel varón que vino a mí el otro día. | 10 Da lief sie eilends und sagte es ihrem Mann und sprach zu ihm: Siehe, der Mann ist mir erschienen, der heute Nacht zu mir kam. |

And Manoah arose, and went after his wife, and came to the man, and said unto him, Art thou the man that spakest unto the woman? And he said, I am.
| 11 Y se levantó Manoa, y siguió a su mujer; y vino al varón y le dijo: ¿Eres tú aquel varón que habló a la mujer? Y él dijo: Yo soy. | 11 Manoach machte sich auf und ging hinter seiner Frau her und kam zu dem Mann und sprach zu ihm: Bist du der Mann, der mit der Frau geredet hat? Er sprach: Ja. |

And Manoah said, Now let thy words come to pass. How shall we order the child, and how shall we do unto him?
| 12 Entonces Manoa dijo: Cuando tus palabras se cumplan, ¿cómo debe ser la manera de vivir del niño, y qué debemos hacer con él? | 12 Und Manoach sprach: Wenn nun eintrifft, was du gesagt hast: Wie sollen wir's mit dem Knaben halten und tun? |

And the angel of the LORD said unto Manoah, Of all that I said unto the woman let her beware.
| 13 Y el ángel de Jehová respondió a Manoa: La mujer se guardará de todas las cosas que yo le dije. | 13 Der Engel des HERRN sprach zu Manoach: Vor allem, was ich der Frau gesagt habe, soll sie sich hüten: |

She may not eat of any thing that cometh of the vine, neither let her drink wine or strong drink, nor eat any unclean thing: all that I commanded her let her observe.
| 14 No tomará nada que proceda de la vid; no beberá vino ni sidra, y no comerá cosa inmunda; guardará todo lo que le mandé. | 14 sie soll nicht essen, was vom Weinstock kommt, und soll keinen Wein oder starkes Getränk trinken und nichts Unreines essen; alles, was ich ihr geboten habe, soll sie halten. |

And Manoah said unto the angel of the LORD, I pray thee, let us detain thee, until we shall have made ready a kid for thee.
| 15 Entonces Manoa dijo al ángel de Jehová: Te ruego nos permitas detenerte, y te prepararemos un cabrito. | 15 Manoach sprach zum Engel des HERRN: Wir möchten dich gern hier behalten und dir ein Ziegenböcklein zurichten. |

And the angel of the LORD said unto Manoah, Though thou detain me, I will not eat of thy bread: and if thou wilt offer a burnt offering, thou must offer it unto the LORD. For Manoah knew not that he was an angel of the LORD.
| 16 Y el ángel de Jehová respondió a Manoa: Aunque me detengas, no comeré de tu pan; mas si quieres hacer holocausto, ofrécelo a Jehová. Y no sabía Manoa que aquél fuese ángel de Jehová. | 16 Aber der Engel des HERRN antwortete Manoach: Wenn du mich auch hier hältst, so esse ich doch von deiner Speise nicht. Willst du aber dem HERRN ein Brandopfer bringen, so kannst du es opfern. Manoach aber wußte nicht, daß es der Engel des HERRN war. |

And Manoah said unto the angel of the LORD, What is thy name, that when thy sayings come to pass we may do thee honour?
| 17 Entonces dijo Manoa al ángel de Jehová: ¿Cuál es tu nombre, para que cuando se cumpla tu palabra te honremos? | 17 Und Manoach sprach zum Engel des HERRN: Wie heißt du? Denn wir wollen dich ehren, wenn nun eintrifft, was du gesagt hast. |

And the angel of the LORD said unto him, Why askest thou thus after my name, seeing it is secret?
| 18 Y el ángel de Jehová respondió: ¿Por qué preguntas por mi nombre, que es admirable? | 18 Aber der Engel des HERRN sprach zu ihm: Warum fragst du nach meinem Namen, der doch geheimnisvoll ist? |

So Manoah took a kid with a meat offering, and offered it upon a rock unto the LORD: and the angel did wondrously; and Manoah and his wife looked on.
| 19 Y Manoa tomó un cabrito y una ofrenda, y los ofreció sobre una peña a Jehová; y el ángel hizo milagro ante los ojos de Manoa y de su mujer. | 19 Da nahm Manoach ein Ziegenböcklein und Speisopfer und brachte es auf einem Felsen dem HERRN dar, der geheimnisvolle Dinge tut. Manoach aber und seine Frau sahen zu. |

For it came to pass, when the flame went up toward heaven from off the altar, that the angel of the LORD ascended in the flame of the altar. And Manoah and his wife looked on it, and fell on their faces to the ground.
| 20 Porque aconteció que cuando la llama subía del altar hacia el cielo, el ángel de Jehová subió en la llama del altar ante los ojos de Manoa y de su mujer, los cuales se postraron en tierra. | 20 Und als die Flamme aufloderte vom Altar gen Himmel, fuhr der Engel des HERRN auf in der Flamme des Altars. Als das Manoach und seine Frau sahen, fielen sie zur Erde auf ihr Angesicht. |

But the angel of the LORD did no more appear to Manoah and to his wife. Then Manoah knew that he was an angel of the LORD.
| 21 Y el ángel de Jehová no volvió a aparecer a Manoa ni a su mujer. Entonces conoció Manoa que era el ángel de Jehová. | 21 Und der Engel des HERRN erschien Manoach und seiner Frau nicht mehr. Damals erkannte Manoach, daß es der Engel des HERRN war, |

And Manoah said unto his wife, We shall surely die, because we have seen God.
| 22 Y dijo Manoa a su mujer: Ciertamente moriremos, porque a Dios hemos visto. | 22 und sprach zu seiner Frau: Wir müssen des Todes sterben, weil wir Gott gesehen haben. |

But his wife said unto him, If the LORD were pleased to kill us, he would not have received a burnt offering and a meat offering at our hands, neither would he have shewed us all these things, nor would as at this time have told us such things as these.
| 23 Y su mujer le respondió: Si Jehová nos quisiera matar, no aceptaría de nuestras manos el holocausto y la ofrenda, ni nos hubiera mostrado todas estas cosas, ni ahora nos habría anunciado esto. | 23 Aber seine Frau antwortete ihm: Wenn es dem HERRN gefallen hätte, uns zu töten, so hätte er das Brandopfer und Speisopfer nicht angenommen von unsern Händen. Er hätte uns auch das alles weder sehen noch hören lassen, wie jetzt geschehen ist. |

And the woman bare a son, and called his name Samson: and the child grew, and the LORD blessed him.
| 24 Y la mujer dio a luz un hijo, y le puso por nombre Sansón. Y el niño creció, y Jehová lo bendijo. | 24 Und die Frau gebar einen Sohn und nannte ihn Simson. Und der Knabe wuchs heran, und der HERR segnete ihn. |

And the Spirit of the LORD began to move him at times in the camp of Dan between Zorah and Eshtaol. | 25 Y el Espíritu de Jehová comenzó a manifestarse en él en los campamentos de Dan, entre Zora y Estaol. | 25 Und der Geist des HERRN fing an, ihn umzutreiben im Lager Dans zwischen Zora und Eschtaol. |
