Now will I sing to my wellbeloved a song of my beloved touching his vineyard. My wellbeloved hath a vineyard in a very fruitful hill:

And he fenced it, and gathered out the stones thereof, and planted it with the choicest vine, and built a tower in the midst of it, and also made a winepress therein: and he looked that it should bring forth grapes, and it brought forth wild grapes.
| 2 La había cercado y despedregado y plantado de vides escogidas; había edificado en medio de ella una torre, y hecho también en ella un lagar; y esperaba que diese uvas, y dio uvas silvestres. | 2 Und er grub ihn um und entsteinte ihn und pflanzte darin edle Reben. Er baute auch einen Turm darin und grub eine Kelter und wartete darauf, daß er gute Trauben brächte; aber er brachte schlechte. |

And now, O inhabitants of Jerusalem, and men of Judah, judge, I pray you, betwixt me and my vineyard.
| 3 Ahora, pues, vecinos de Jerusalén y varones de Judá, juzgad ahora entre mí y mi viña. | 3 Nun richtet, ihr Bürger zu Jerusalem und ihr Männer Judas, zwischen mir und meinem Weinberg! |

What could have been done more to my vineyard, that I have not done in it? wherefore, when I looked that it should bring forth grapes, brought it forth wild grapes?
| 4 ¿Qué más se podía hacer a mi viña, que yo no haya hecho en ella? ¿Cómo, esperando yo que diese uvas, ha dado uvas silvestres? | 4 Was sollte man noch mehr tun an meinem Weinberg, das ich nicht getan habe an ihm? Warum hat er denn schlechte Trauben gebracht, während ich darauf wartete, daß er gute brächte? |

And now go to; I will tell you what I will do to my vineyard: I will take away the hedge thereof, and it shall be eaten up; and break down the wall thereof, and it shall be trodden down:
| 5 Os mostraré, pues, ahora lo que haré yo a mi viña: Le quitaré su vallado, y será consumida; aportillaré su cerca, y será hollada. | 5 Wohlan, ich will euch zeigen, was ich mit meinem Weinberg tun will! Sein Zaun soll weggenommen werden, daß er verwüstet werde, und seine Mauer soll eingerissen werden, daß er zertreten werde. |

And I will lay it waste: it shall not be pruned, nor digged; but there shall come up briers and thorns: I will also command the clouds that they rain no rain upon it.
| 6 Haré que quede desierta; no será podada ni cavada, y crecerán el cardo y los espinos; y aun a las nubes mandaré que no derramen lluvia sobre ella. | 6 Ich will ihn wüst liegen lassen, daß er nicht beschnitten noch gehackt werde, sondern Disteln und Dornen darauf wachsen, und will den Wolken gebieten, daß sie nicht darauf regnen. |

For the vineyard of the LORD of hosts is the house of Israel, and the men of Judah his pleasant plant: and he looked for judgment, but behold oppression; for righteousness, but behold a cry.
| 7 Ciertamente la viña de Jehová de los ejércitos es la casa de Israel, y los hombres de Judá planta deliciosa suya. Esperaba juicio, y he aquí vileza; justicia, y he aquí clamor. | 7 Des HERRN Zebaoth Weinberg aber ist das Haus Israel und die Männer Judas seine Pflanzung, an der sein Herz hing. Er wartete auf Rechtsspruch, siehe, da war Rechtsbruch, auf Gerechtigkeit, siehe, da war Geschrei über Schlechtigkeit. |

Woe unto them that join house to house, that lay field to field, till there be no place, that they may be placed alone in the midst of the earth!
| 8 ¡Ay de los que juntan casa a casa, y añaden heredad a heredad hasta ocuparlo todo! ¿Habitaréis vosotros solos en medio de la tierra? | 8 Weh denen, die ein Haus zum andern bringen und einen Acker an den andern rücken, bis kein Raum mehr da ist und sie allein das Land besitzen! |

In mine ears said the LORD of hosts, Of a truth many houses shall be desolate, even great and fair, without inhabitant.
| 9 Ha llegado a mis oídos de parte de Jehová de los ejércitos, que las muchas casas han de quedar asoladas, sin morador las grandes y hermosas. | 9 Es ist in meinen Ohren das Wort des HERRN Zebaoth: Fürwahr, die vielen Häuser sollen veröden und die großen und feinen leer stehen. |

Yea, ten acres of vineyard shall yield one bath, and the seed of an homer shall yield an ephah.
| 10 Y diez yugadas de viña producirán un bato, y un homer de semilla producirá un efa. | 10 Denn zehn Morgen Weinberg sollen nur einen Eimer geben und zehn Scheffel Saat nur einen Scheffel. |

Woe unto them that rise up early in the morning, that they may follow strong drink; that continue until night, till wine inflame them!
| 11 ¡Ay de los que se levantan de mañana para seguir la embriaguez; que se están hasta la noche, hasta que el vino los enciende! | 11 Weh denen, die des Morgens früh auf sind, dem Saufen nachzugehen, und sitzen bis in die Nacht, daß sie der Wein erhitzt, |

And the harp, and the viol, the tabret, and pipe, and wine, are in their feasts: but they regard not the work of the LORD, neither consider the operation of his hands.
| 12 Y en sus banquetes hay arpas, vihuelas, tamboriles, flautas y vino, y no miran la obra de Jehová, ni consideran la obra de sus manos. | 12 und haben Harfen, Zithern, Pauken, Pfeifen und Wein in ihrem Wohlleben, aber sehen nicht auf das Werk des HERRN und schauen nicht auf das Tun seiner Hände! |

Therefore my people are gone into captivity, because they have no knowledge: and their honourable men are famished, and their multitude dried up with thirst.
| 13 Por tanto, mi pueblo fue llevado cautivo, porque no tuvo conocimiento; y su gloria pereció de hambre, y su multitud se secó de sed. | 13 Darum wird mein Volk weggeführt werden unversehens, und seine Vornehmen müssen Hunger leiden und die lärmende Menge Durst. |

Therefore hell hath enlarged herself, and opened her mouth without measure: and their glory, and their multitude, and their pomp, and he that rejoiceth, shall descend into it.
| 14 Por eso ensanchó su interior el Seol, y sin medida extendió su boca; y allá descenderá la gloria de ellos, y su multitud, y su fausto, y el que en él se regocijaba. | 14 Daher hat das Totenreich den Schlund weit aufgesperrt und den Rachen aufgetan ohne Maß, daß hinunterfährt, was da prangt und lärmt, alle Übermütigen und Fröhlichen. |

And the mean man shall be brought down, and the mighty man shall be humbled, and the eyes of the lofty shall be humbled:
| 15 Y el hombre será humillado, y el varón será abatido, y serán bajados los ojos de los altivos. | 15 So wird gebeugt der Mensch und gedemütigt der Mann, und die Augen der Hoffärtigen werden erniedrigt, |

But the LORD of hosts shall be exalted in judgment, and God that is holy shall be sanctified in righteousness.
| 16 Pero Jehová de los ejércitos será exaltado en juicio, y el Dios Santo será santificado con justicia. | 16 aber der HERR Zebaoth wird hoch sein im Gericht und Gott, der Heilige, sich heilig erweisen in Gerechtigkeit. |

Then shall the lambs feed after their manner, and the waste places of the fat ones shall strangers eat.
| 17 Y los corderos serán apacentados según su costumbre; y extraños devorarán los campos desolados de los ricos. | 17 Da werden dann Lämmer weiden wie auf ihrer Trift und Ziegen sich nähren in den Trümmerstätten der Hinweggerafften. |

Woe unto them that draw iniquity with cords of vanity, and sin as it were with a cart rope:
| 18 ¡Ay de los que traen la iniquidad con cuerdas de vanidad, y el pecado como con coyundas de carreta, | 18 Weh denen, die das Unrecht herbeiziehen mit Stricken der Lüge und die Sünde mit Wagenseilen |

That say, Let him make speed, and hasten his work, that we may see it: and let the counsel of the Holy One of Israel draw nigh and come, that we may know it!
| 19 los cuales dicen: Venga ya, apresúrese su obra, y veamos; acérquese, y venga el consejo del Santo de Israel, para que lo sepamos! | 19 und sprechen: Er lasse eilends und bald kommen sein Werk, daß wir's sehen; es nahe und treffe ein der Ratschluß des Heiligen Israels, daß wir ihn kennenlernen! |

Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!
| 20 ¡Ay de los que a lo malo dicen bueno, y a lo bueno malo; que hacen de la luz tinieblas, y de las tinieblas luz; que ponen lo amargo por dulce, y lo dulce por amargo! | 20 Weh denen, die Böses gut und Gutes böse nennen, die aus Finsternis Licht und aus Licht Finsternis machen, die aus sauer süß und aus süß sauer machen! |

Woe unto them that are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight!
| 21 ¡Ay de los sabios en sus propios ojos, y de los que son prudentes delante de sí mismos! | 21 Weh denen, die weise sind in ihren eigenen Augen und halten sich selbst für klug! |

Woe unto them that are mighty to drink wine, and men of strength to mingle strong drink:
| 22 ¡Ay de los que son valientes para beber vino, y hombres fuertes para mezclar bebida; | 22 Weh denen, die Helden sind, Wein zu saufen, und wackere Männer, Rauschtrank zu mischen, |

Which justify the wicked for reward, and take away the righteousness of the righteous from him!
| 23 los que justifican al impío mediante cohecho, y al justo quitan su derecho! | 23 die den Schuldigen gerecht sprechen für Geschenke und das Recht nehmen denen, die im Recht sind! |

Therefore as the fire devoureth the stubble, and the flame consumeth the chaff, so their root shall be as rottenness, and their blossom shall go up as dust: because they have cast away the law of the LORD of hosts, and despised the word of the Holy One of Israel.
| 24 Por tanto, como la lengua del fuego consume el rastrojo, y la llama devora la paja, así será su raíz como podredumbre, y su flor se desvanecerá como polvo; porque desecharon la ley de Jehová de los ejércitos, y abominaron la palabra del Santo de Israel. | 24 Darum, wie des Feuers Flamme Stroh verzehrt und Stoppeln vergehen in der Flamme, so wird ihre Wurzel verfaulen und ihre Blüte auffliegen wie Staub. Denn sie verachten die Weisung des HERRN Zebaoth und lästern die Rede des Heiligen Israels. |

Therefore is the anger of the LORD kindled against his people, and he hath stretched forth his hand against them, and hath smitten them: and the hills did tremble, and their carcases were torn in the midst of the streets. For all this his anger is not turned away, but his hand is stretched out still.
| 25 Por esta causa se encendió el furor de Jehová contra su pueblo, y extendió contra él su mano, y le hirió; y se estremecieron los montes, y sus cadáveres fueron arrojados en medio de las calles. Con todo esto no ha cesado su furor, sino que todavía su mano está extendida. | 25 *Darum ist der Zorn des HERRN entbrannt über sein Volk, und er reckt seine Hand wider sie und schlägt sie, daß die Berge beben und ihre Leichen sind wie Kehricht auf den Gassen. Und bei all dem läßt sein Zorn nicht ab, sondern seine Hand ist noch ausgereckt. |

And he will lift up an ensign to the nations from far, and will hiss unto them from the end of the earth: and, behold, they shall come with speed swiftly:
| 26 Alzará pendón a naciones lejanas, y silbará al que está en el extremo de la tierra; y he aquí que vendrá pronto y velozmente. | 26 Er wird ein Feldzeichen aufrichten für das Volk in der Ferne und pfeift es herbei vom Ende der Erde. Und siehe, eilends und schnell kommen sie daher. |

None shall be weary nor stumble among them; none shall slumber nor sleep; neither shall the girdle of their loins be loosed, nor the latchet of their shoes be broken:
| 27 No habrá entre ellos cansado, ni quien tropiece; ninguno se dormirá, ni le tomará sueño; a ninguno se le desatará el cinto de los lomos, ni se le romperá la correa de sus sandalias. | 27 Keiner unter ihnen ist müde oder schwach, keiner schlummert noch schläft; keinem geht der Gürtel auf von seinen Hüften, und keinem zerreißt ein Schuhriemen. |

Whose arrows are sharp, and all their bows bent, their horses' hoofs shall be counted like flint, and their wheels like a whirlwind:
| 28 Sus saetas estarán afiladas, y todos sus arcos entesados; los cascos de sus caballos parecerán como de pedernal, y las ruedas de sus carros como torbellino. | 28 Ihre Pfeile sind scharf und alle ihre Bogen gespannt; die Hufe ihrer Rosse sind hart wie Kieselsteine, und ihre Wagenräder sind wie ein Sturmwind. |

Their roaring shall be like a lion, they shall roar like young lions: yea, they shall roar, and lay hold of the prey, and shall carry it away safe, and none shall deliver it.
| 29 Su rugido será como de león; rugirá a manera de leoncillo, crujirá los dientes, y arrebatará la presa; se la llevará con seguridad, y nadie se la quitará. | 29 Ihr Brüllen ist wie das der Löwen, und sie brüllen wie junge Löwen. Sie werden daherbrausen und den Raub packen und davontragen, daß niemand retten kann. |

And in that day they shall roar against them like the roaring of the sea: and if one look unto the land, behold darkness and sorrow, and the light is darkened in the heavens thereof. | 30 Y bramará sobre él en aquel día como bramido del mar; entonces mirará hacia la tierra, y he aquí tinieblas de tribulación, y en sus cielos se oscurecerá la luz. | 30 Und es wird über ihnen brausen zu der Zeit wie das Brausen des Meeres. Wenn man dann das Land ansehen wird, siehe, so ist's finster vor Angst, und das Licht scheint nicht mehr über ihnen. |
