And the LORD said unto Moses, Depart, and go up hence, thou and the people which thou hast brought up out of the land of Egypt, unto the land which I sware unto Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, saying, Unto thy seed will I give it:
| 1 Jehová dijo a Moisés: Anda, sube de aquí, tú y el pueblo que sacaste de la tierra de Egipto, a la tierra de la cual juré a Abraham, Isaac y Jacob, diciendo: A tu descendencia la daré; | 1 Der HERR sprach zu Mose: Geh, zieh von dannen, du und das Volk, das du aus Ägyptenland geführt hast, in das Land, von dem ich Abraham, Isaak und Jakob geschworen habe: Deinen Nachkommen will ich's geben. |

And I will send an angel before thee; and I will drive out the Canaanite, the Amorite, and the Hittite, and the Perizzite, the Hivite, and the Jebusite:
| 2 y yo enviaré delante de ti el ángel, y echaré fuera al cananeo y al amorreo, al heteo, al ferezeo, | 2 Und ich will vor dir her senden einen Engel und ausstoßen die Kanaaniter, Amoriter, Hetiter, Perisiter, Hiwiter und Jebusiter |

Unto a land flowing with milk and honey: for I will not go up in the midst of thee; for thou art a stiffnecked people: lest I consume thee in the way.
| 3 (a la tierra que fluye leche y miel); pero yo no subiré en medio de ti, porque eres pueblo de dura cerviz, no sea que te consuma en el camino. | 3 und will dich bringen in das Land, darin Milch und Honig fließt. Ich selbst will nicht mit dir hinaufziehen, denn du bist ein halsstarriges Volk; ich würde dich unterwegs vertilgen. |

And when the people heard these evil tidings, they mourned: and no man did put on him his ornaments.
| 4 Y oyendo el pueblo esta mala noticia, vistieron luto, y ninguno se puso sus atavíos. | 4 Als das Volk diese harte Rede hörte, trugen sie Leid, und niemand tat seinen Schmuck an. |

For the LORD had said unto Moses, Say unto the children of Israel, Ye are a stiffnecked people: I will come up into the midst of thee in a moment, and consume thee: therefore now put off thy ornaments from thee, that I may know what to do unto thee.
| 5 Porque Jehová había dicho a Moisés: Di a los hijos de Israel: Vosotros sois pueblo de dura cerviz; en un momento subiré en medio de ti, y te consumiré. Quítate, pues, ahora tus atavíos, para que yo sepa lo que te he de hacer. | 5 Und der HERR sprach zu Mose: Sage zu den Israeliten: Ihr seid ein halsstarriges Volk. Wenn ich nur einen Augenblick mit dir hinaufzöge, würde ich dich vertilgen. Und nun lege deinen Schmuck ab, dann will ich sehen, was ich dir tue. |

And the children of Israel stripped themselves of their ornaments by the mount Horeb.
| 6 Entonces los hijos de Israel se despojaron de sus atavíos desde el monte Horeb. | 6 Und die Israeliten taten ihren Schmuck von sich an dem Berge Horeb. |

And Moses took the tabernacle, and pitched it without the camp, afar off from the camp, and called it the Tabernacle of the congregation. And it came to pass, that every one which sought the LORD went out unto the tabernacle of the congregation, which was without the camp.
| 7 Y Moisés tomó el tabernáculo, y lo levantó lejos, fuera del campamento, y lo llamó el Tabernáculo de Reunión. Y cualquiera que buscaba a Jehová, salía al tabernáculo de reunión que estaba fuera del campamento. | 7 Mose aber nahm das Zelt und schlug es draußen auf, fern von dem Lager, und nannte es Stiftshütte. Und wer den HERRN befragen wollte, mußte herausgehen zur Stiftshütte vor das Lager. |

And it came to pass, when Moses went out unto the tabernacle, that all the people rose up, and stood every man at his tent door, and looked after Moses, until he was gone into the tabernacle.
| 8 Y sucedía que cuando salía Moisés al tabernáculo, todo el pueblo se levantaba, y cada cual estaba en pie a la puerta de su tienda, y miraban en pos de Moisés, hasta que él entraba en el tabernáculo. | 8 Und wenn Mose hinausging zur Stiftshütte, so stand alles Volk auf, und jeder trat in seines Zeltes Tür und sah ihm nach, bis er zur Stiftshütte kam. |

And it came to pass, as Moses entered into the tabernacle, the cloudy pillar descended, and stood at the door of the tabernacle, and the LORD talked with Moses.
| 9 Cuando Moisés entraba en el tabernáculo, la columna de nube descendía y se ponía a la puerta del tabernáculo, y Jehová hablaba con Moisés. | 9 Und wenn Mose zur Stiftshütte kam, so kam die Wolkensäule hernieder und stand in der Tür der Stiftshütte, und der HERR redete mit Mose. |

And all the people saw the cloudy pillar stand at the tabernacle door: and all the people rose up and worshipped, every man in his tent door.
| 10 Y viendo todo el pueblo la columna de nube que estaba a la puerta del tabernáculo, se levantaba cada uno a la puerta de su tienda y adoraba. | 10 Und alles Volk sah die Wolkensäule in der Tür der Stiftshütte stehen, und sie standen auf und neigten sich, ein jeder in seines Zeltes Tür. |

And the LORD spake unto Moses face to face, as a man speaketh unto his friend. And he turned again into the camp: but his servant Joshua, the son of Nun, a young man, departed not out of the tabernacle.
| 11 Y hablaba Jehová a Moisés cara a cara, como habla cualquiera a su compañero. Y él volvía al campamento; pero el joven Josué hijo de Nun, su servidor, nunca se apartaba de en medio del tabernáculo. | 11 Der HERR aber redete mit Mose von Angesicht zu Angesicht, wie ein Mann mit seinem Freunde redet. Dann kehrte er zum Lager zurück; aber sein Diener und Jünger Josua, der Sohn Nuns, wich nicht aus der Stiftshütte. |

And Moses said unto the LORD, See, thou sayest unto me, Bring up this people: and thou hast not let me know whom thou wilt send with me. Yet thou hast said, I know thee by name, and thou hast also found grace in my sight.
| 12 Y dijo Moisés a Jehová: Mira, tú me dices a mí: Saca este pueblo; y tú no me has declarado a quién enviarás conmigo. Sin embargo, tú dices: Yo te he conocido por tu nombre, y has hallado también gracia en mis ojos. | 12 Und Mose sprach zu dem HERRN: Siehe, du sprichst zu mir: Führe das Volk hinauf! und läßt mich nicht wissen, wen du mit mir senden willst, wo du doch gesagt hast: Ich kenne dich mit Namen, und du hast Gnade vor meinen Augen gefunden. |

Now therefore, I pray thee, if I have found grace in thy sight, shew me now thy way, that I may know thee, that I may find grace in thy sight: and consider that this nation is thy people.
| 13 Ahora, pues, si he hallado gracia en tus ojos, te ruego que me muestres ahora tu camino, para que te conozca, y halle gracia en tus ojos; y mira que esta gente es pueblo tuyo. | 13 Hab ich denn Gnade vor deinen Augen gefunden, so laß mich deinen Weg wissen, damit ich dich erkenne und Gnade vor deinen Augen finde. Und sieh doch, daß dies Volk dein Volk ist. |

And he said, My presence shall go with thee, and I will give thee rest.
| 14 Y él dijo: Mi presencia irá contigo, y te daré descanso. | 14 Er sprach: Mein Angesicht soll vorangehen; ich will dich zur Ruhe leiten. |

And he said unto him, If thy presence go not with me, carry us not up hence.
| 15 Y Moisés respondió: Si tu presencia no ha de ir conmigo, no nos saques de aquí. | 15 Mose aber sprach zu ihm: Wenn nicht dein Angesicht vorangeht, so führe uns nicht von hier hinauf. |

For wherein shall it be known here that I and thy people have found grace in thy sight? is it not in that thou goest with us? so shall we be separated, I and thy people, from all the people that are upon the face of the earth.
| 16 ¿Y en qué se conocerá aquí que he hallado gracia en tus ojos, yo y tu pueblo, sino en que tú andes con nosotros, y que yo y tu pueblo seamos apartados de todos los pueblos que están sobre la faz de la tierra? | 16 Denn woran soll erkannt werden, daß ich und dein Volk vor deinen Augen Gnade gefunden haben, wenn nicht daran, daß du mit uns gehst, so daß ich und dein Volk erhoben werden vor allen Völkern, die auf dem Erdboden sind? |

And the LORD said unto Moses, I will do this thing also that thou hast spoken: for thou hast found grace in my sight, and I know thee by name.
| 17 Y Jehová dijo a Moisés: También haré esto que has dicho, por cuanto has hallado gracia en mis ojos, y te he conocido por tu nombre. | 17 Der HERR sprach zu Mose: Auch das, was du jetzt gesagt hast, will ich tun; denn du hast Gnade vor meinen Augen gefunden, und ich kenne dich mit Namen. |

And he said, I beseech thee, shew me thy glory.
| 18 El entonces dijo: Te ruego que me muestres tu gloria. | 18 Und Mose sprach: Laß mich deine Herrlichkeit sehen! |

And he said, I will make all my goodness pass before thee, and I will proclaim the name of the LORD before thee; and will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will shew mercy on whom I will shew mercy.
| 19 Y le respondió: Yo haré pasar todo mi bien delante de tu rostro, y proclamaré el nombre de Jehová delante de ti; y tendré misericordia del que tendré misericordia, y seré clemente para con el que seré clemente. | 19 Und er sprach: Ich will vor deinem Angesicht all meine Güte vorübergehen lassen und will vor dir kundtun den Namen des HERRN: Wem ich gnädig bin, dem bin ich gnädig, und wessen ich mich erbarme, dessen erbarme ich mich. |

And he said, Thou canst not see my face: for there shall no man see me, and live.
| 20 Dijo más: No podrás ver mi rostro; porque no me verá hombre, y vivirá. | 20 Und er sprach weiter: Mein Angesicht kannst du nicht sehen; denn kein Mensch wird leben, der mich sieht. |

And the LORD said, Behold, there is a place by me, and thou shalt stand upon a rock:
| 21 Y dijo aún Jehová: He aquí un lugar junto a mí, y tú estarás sobre la peña; | 21 Und der HERR sprach weiter: Siehe, es ist ein Raum bei mir, da sollst du auf dem Fels stehen. |

And it shall come to pass, while my glory passeth by, that I will put thee in a clift of the rock, and will cover thee with my hand while I pass by:
| 22 y cuando pase mi gloria, yo te pondré en una hendidura de la peña, y te cubriré con mi mano hasta que haya pasado. | 22 Wenn dann meine Herrlichkeit vorübergeht, will ich dich in die Felskluft stellen und meine Hand über dir halten, bis ich vorübergegangen bin. |

And I will take away mine hand, and thou shalt see my back parts: but my face shall not be seen. | 23 Después apartaré mi mano, y verás mis espaldas; mas no se verá mi rostro. | 23 Dann will ich meine Hand von dir tun, und du darfst hinter mir her sehen; aber mein Angesicht kann man nicht sehen. |
