In the third month, when the children of Israel were gone forth out of the land of Egypt, the same day came they into the wilderness of Sinai.
| 1 En el mes tercero de la salida de los hijos de Israel de la tierra de Egipto, en el mismo día llegaron al desierto de Sinaí. | 1 Am ersten Tag des dritten Monats nach dem Auszug der Israeliten aus Ägyptenland, genau auf den Tag, kamen sie in die Wüste Sinai. |

For they were departed from Rephidim, and were come to the desert of Sinai, and had pitched in the wilderness; and there Israel camped before the mount.
| 2 Habían salido de Refidim, y llegaron al desierto de Sinaí, y acamparon en el desierto; y acampó allí Israel delante del monte. | 2 Denn sie waren ausgezogen von Refidim und kamen in die Wüste Sinai und lagerten sich dort in der Wüste gegenüber dem Berge. |

And Moses went up unto God, and the LORD called unto him out of the mountain, saying, Thus shalt thou say to the house of Jacob, and tell the children of Israel;
| 3 Y Moisés subió a Dios; y Jehová lo llamó desde el monte, diciendo: Así dirás a la casa de Jacob, | 3 Und Mose stieg hinauf zu Gott. Und der HERR rief ihm vom Berge zu und sprach: So sollst du sagen zu dem Hause Jakob und den Israeliten verkündigen: |

Ye have seen what I did unto the Egyptians, and how I bare you on eagles' wings, and brought you unto myself.
| 4 Vosotros visteis lo que hice a los egipcios, y cómo os tomé sobre alas de águilas, y os he traído a mí. | 4 Ihr habt gesehen, was ich mit den Ägyptern getan habe und wie ich euch getragen habe auf Adlerflügeln und euch zu mir gebracht. |

Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine:
| 5 Ahora, pues, si diereis oído a mi voz, y guardareis mi pacto, vosotros seréis mi especial tesoro sobre todos los pueblos; porque mía es toda la tierra. | 5 Werdet ihr nun meiner Stimme gehorchen und meinen Bund halten, so sollt ihr mein Eigentum sein vor allen Völkern; denn die ganze Erde ist mein. |

And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation. These are the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel.
| 6 Y vosotros me seréis un reino de sacerdotes, y gente santa. Estas son las palabras que dirás a los hijos de Israel. | 6 Und ihr sollt mir ein Königreich von Priestern und ein heiliges Volk sein. Das sind die Worte, die du den Israeliten sagen sollst. |

And Moses came and called for the elders of the people, and laid before their faces all these words which the LORD commanded him.
| 7 Entonces vino Moisés, y llamó a los ancianos del pueblo, y expuso en presencia de ellos todas estas palabras que Jehová le había mandado. | 7 Mose kam und berief die Ältesten des Volks und legte ihnen alle diese Worte vor, die ihm der HERR geboten hatte. |

And all the people answered together, and said, All that the LORD hath spoken we will do. And Moses returned the words of the people unto the LORD.
| 8 Y todo el pueblo respondió a una, y dijeron: Todo lo que Jehová ha dicho, haremos. Y Moisés refirió a Jehová las palabras del pueblo. | 8 Und alles Volk antwortete einmütig und sprach: Alles, was der HERR geredet hat, wollen wir tun. Und Mose sagte die Worte des Volks dem HERRN wieder. |

And the LORD said unto Moses, Lo, I come unto thee in a thick cloud, that the people may hear when I speak with thee, and believe thee for ever. And Moses told the words of the people unto the LORD.
| 9 Entonces Jehová dijo a Moisés: He aquí, yo vengo a ti en una nube espesa, para que el pueblo oiga mientras yo hablo contigo, y también para que te crean para siempre.
Y Moisés refirió las palabras del pueblo a Jehová. | 9 Und der HERR sprach zu Mose: Siehe, ich will zu dir kommen in einer dichten Wolke, auf daß dies Volk es höre, wenn ich mit dir rede, und dir für immer glaube. Und Mose verkündete dem HERRN die Worte des Volks. |

And the LORD said unto Moses, Go unto the people, and sanctify them to day and to morrow, and let them wash their clothes,
| 10 Y Jehová dijo a Moisés: Ve al pueblo, y santifícalos hoy y mañana; y laven sus vestidos, | 10 Und der HERR sprach zu Mose: Geh hin zum Volk und heilige sie heute und morgen, daß sie ihre Kleider waschen |

And be ready against the third day: for the third day the LORD will come down in the sight of all the people upon mount Sinai.
| 11 y estén preparados para el día tercero, porque al tercer día Jehová descenderá a ojos de todo el pueblo sobre el monte de Sinaí. | 11 und bereit seien für den dritten Tag; denn am dritten Tage wird der HERR vor allem Volk herabfahren auf den Berg Sinai. |

And thou shalt set bounds unto the people round about, saying, Take heed to yourselves, that ye go not up into the mount, or touch the border of it: whosoever toucheth the mount shall be surely put to death:
| 12 Y señalarás término al pueblo en derredor, diciendo: Guardaos, no subáis al monte, ni toquéis sus límites; cualquiera que tocare el monte, de seguro morirá. | 12 Und zieh eine Grenze um das Volk und sprich zu ihnen: Hütet euch, auf den Berg zu steigen oder seinen Fuß anzurühren; denn wer den Berg anrührt, der soll des Todes sterben. |

There shall not an hand touch it, but he shall surely be stoned, or shot through; whether it be beast or man, it shall not live: when the trumpet soundeth long, they shall come up to the mount.
| 13 No lo tocará mano, porque será apedreado o asaeteado; sea animal o sea hombre, no vivirá. Cuando suene largamente la bocina, subirán al monte. | 13 Keine Hand soll ihn anrühren, sondern er soll gesteinigt oder erschossen werden; es sei Tier oder Mensch, sie sollen nicht leben bleiben. Wenn aber das Widderhorn lange tönen wird, dann soll man auf den Berg steigen. |

And Moses went down from the mount unto the people, and sanctified the people; and they washed their clothes.
| 14 Y descendió Moisés del monte al pueblo, y santificó al pueblo; y lavaron sus vestidos. | 14 Mose stieg vom Berge zum Volk herab und heiligte sie, und sie wuschen ihre Kleider. |

And he said unto the people, Be ready against the third day: come not at your wives.
| 15 Y dijo al pueblo: Estad preparados para el tercer día; no toquéis mujer. | 15 Und er sprach zu ihnen: Seid bereit für den dritten Tag, und keiner rühre eine Frau an. |

And it came to pass on the third day in the morning, that there were thunders and lightnings, and a thick cloud upon the mount, and the voice of the trumpet exceeding loud; so that all the people that was in the camp trembled.
| 16 Aconteció que al tercer día, cuando vino la mañana, vinieron truenos y relámpagos, y espesa nube sobre el monte, y sonido de bocina muy fuerte; y se estremeció todo el pueblo que estaba en el campamento. | 16 Als nun der dritte Tag kam und es Morgen ward, da erhob sich ein Donnern und Blitzen und eine dichte Wolke auf dem Berge und der Ton einer sehr starken Posaune. Das ganze Volk aber, das im Lager war, erschrak. |

And Moses brought forth the people out of the camp to meet with God; and they stood at the nether part of the mount.
| 17 Y Moisés sacó del campamento al pueblo para recibir a Dios; y se detuvieron al pie del monte. | 17 Und Mose führte das Volk aus dem Lager Gott entgegen, und es trat unten an den Berg. |

And mount Sinai was altogether on a smoke, because the LORD descended upon it in fire: and the smoke thereof ascended as the smoke of a furnace, and the whole mount quaked greatly.
| 18 Todo el monte Sinaí humeaba, porque Jehová había descendido sobre él en fuego; y el humo subía como el humo de un horno, y todo el monte se estremecía en gran manera. | 18 Der ganze Berg Sinai aber rauchte, weil der HERR auf den Berg herabfuhr im Feuer; und der Rauch stieg auf wie der Rauch von einem Schmelzofen, und der ganze Berg bebte sehr. |

And when the voice of the trumpet sounded long, and waxed louder and louder, Moses spake, and God answered him by a voice.
| 19 El sonido de la bocina iba aumentando en extremo; Moisés hablaba, y Dios le respondía con voz tronante. | 19 Und der Posaune Ton ward immer stärker. Und Mose redete, und Gott antwortete ihm laut. |

And the LORD came down upon mount Sinai, on the top of the mount: and the LORD called Moses up to the top of the mount; and Moses went up.
| 20 Y descendió Jehová sobre el monte Sinaí, sobre la cumbre del monte; y llamó Jehová a Moisés a la cumbre del monte, y Moisés subió. | 20 Als nun der HERR herniedergekommen war auf den Berg Sinai, oben auf seinen Gipfel, berief er Mose hinauf auf den Gipfel des Berges, und Mose stieg hinauf. |

And the LORD said unto Moses, Go down, charge the people, lest they break through unto the LORD to gaze, and many of them perish.
| 21 Y Jehová dijo a Moisés: Desciende, ordena al pueblo que no traspase los límites para ver a Jehová, porque caerá multitud de ellos. | 21 Da sprach der HERR zu ihm: Steig hinab und verwarne das Volk, daß sie nicht durchbrechen zum HERRN, ihn zu sehen, und viele von ihnen fallen. |

And let the priests also, which come near to the LORD, sanctify themselves, lest the LORD break forth upon them.
| 22 Y también que se santifiquen los sacerdotes que se acercan a Jehová, para que Jehová no haga en ellos estrago. | 22 Auch die Priester, die sonst zum HERRN nahen dürfen, sollen sich heiligen, daß sie der HERR nicht zerschmettere. |

And Moses said unto the LORD, The people cannot come up to mount Sinai: for thou chargedst us, saying, Set bounds about the mount, and sanctify it.
| 23 Moisés dijo a Jehová: El pueblo no podrá subir al monte Sinaí, porque tú nos has mandado diciendo: Señala límites al monte, y santifícalo. | 23 Mose aber sprach zum HERRN: Das Volk kann nicht auf den Berg Sinai steigen, denn du hast uns verwarnt und gesagt: Zieh eine Grenze um den Berg und heilige ihn. |

And the LORD said unto him, Away, get thee down, and thou shalt come up, thou, and Aaron with thee: but let not the priests and the people break through to come up unto the LORD, lest he break forth upon them.
| 24 Y Jehová le dijo: Ve, desciende, y subirás tú, y Aarón contigo; mas los sacerdotes y el pueblo no traspasen el límite para subir a Jehová, no sea que haga en ellos estrago. | 24 Und der HERR sprach zu ihm: Geh hin, steig hinab und komm wieder herauf, du und Aaron mit dir; aber die Priester und das Volk sollen nicht durchbrechen, daß sie hinaufsteigen zu dem HERRN, damit er sie nicht zerschmettere. |

So Moses went down unto the people, and spake unto them. | 25 Entonces Moisés descendió y se lo dijo al pueblo. | 25 Und Mose stieg hinunter zum Volk und sagte es ihm. |
