And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
| 1 Habló Jehová a Moisés, | 1 Und der HERR redete mit Mose und sprach: |

Speak unto the children of Israel, that they turn and encamp before Pi-hahiroth, between Migdol and the sea, over against Baal-zephon: before it shall ye encamp by the sea.
| 2 Di a los hijos de Israel que den la vuelta y acampen delante de Pi-hahirot, entre Migdol y el mar hacia Baal-zefón; delante de él acamparéis junto al mar. | 2 Rede zu den Israeliten und sprich, daß sie umkehren und sich lagern bei Pi-Hahirot zwischen Migdol und dem Meer, vor Baal-Zefon; diesem gegenüber sollt ihr euch lagern. |

For Pharaoh will say of the children of Israel, They are entangled in the land, the wilderness hath shut them in.
| 3 Porque Faraón dirá de los hijos de Israel: Encerrados están en la tierra, el desierto los ha encerrado. | 3 Der Pharao aber wird sagen von den Israeliten: Sie haben sich verirrt im Lande; die Wüste hat sie eingeschlossen. |

And I will harden Pharaoh's heart, that he shall follow after them; and I will be honoured upon Pharaoh, and upon all his host; that the Egyptians may know that I am the LORD. And they did so.
| 4 Y yo endureceré el corazón de Faraón para que los siga; y seré glorificado en Faraón y en todo su ejército, y sabrán los egipcios que yo soy Jehová. Y ellos lo hicieron así. | 4 Und ich will sein Herz verstocken, daß er ihnen nachjage, und will meine Herrlichkeit erweisen an dem Pharao und aller seiner Macht, und die Ägypter sollen innewerden, daß ich der HERR bin. - Und sie taten so. |

And it was told the king of Egypt that the people fled: and the heart of Pharaoh and of his servants was turned against the people, and they said, Why have we done this, that we have let Israel go from serving us?
| 5 Y fue dado aviso al rey de Egipto, que el pueblo huía; y el corazón de Faraón y de sus siervos se volvió contra el pueblo, y dijeron: ¿Cómo hemos hecho esto de haber dejado ir a Israel, para que no nos sirva? | 5 Als es dem König von Ägypten angesagt wurde, daß das Volk geflohen war, wurde sein Herz verwandelt und das Herz seiner Großen gegen das Volk, und sie sprachen: Warum haben wir das getan und haben Israel ziehen lassen, so daß sie uns nicht mehr dienen? |

And he made ready his chariot, and took his people with him:
| 6 Y unció su carro, y tomó consigo su pueblo; | 6 Und er spannte seinen Wagen an und nahm sein Volk mit sich |

And he took six hundred chosen chariots, and all the chariots of Egypt, and captains over every one of them.
| 7 y tomó seiscientos carros escogidos, y todos los carros de Egipto, y los capitanes sobre ellos. | 7 und nahm sechshundert auserlesene Wagen und was sonst an Wagen in Ägypten war mit Kämpfern auf jedem Wagen. |

And the LORD hardened the heart of Pharaoh king of Egypt, and he pursued after the children of Israel: and the children of Israel went out with an high hand.
| 8 Y endureció Jehová el corazón de Faraón rey de Egipto, y él siguió a los hijos de Israel; pero los hijos de Israel habían salido con mano poderosa. | 8 Und der HERR verstockte das Herz des Pharao, des Königs von Ägypten, daß er den Israeliten nachjagte. Aber die Israeliten waren unter der Macht einer starken Hand ausgezogen. |

But the Egyptians pursued after them, all the horses and chariots of Pharaoh, and his horsemen, and his army, and overtook them encamping by the sea, beside Pi-hahiroth, before Baal-zephon.
| 9 Siguiéndolos, pues, los egipcios, con toda la caballería y carros de Faraón, su gente de a caballo, y todo su ejército, los alcanzaron acampados junto al mar, al lado de Pi-hahirot, delante de Baal-zefón. | 9 Und die Ägypter jagten ihnen nach mit Rossen, Wagen und ihren Männern und mit dem ganzen Heer des Pharao und holten sie ein, als sie sich gelagert hatten am Meer bei Pi-Hahirot vor Baal-Zefon. |

And when Pharaoh drew nigh, the children of Israel lifted up their eyes, and, behold, the Egyptians marched after them; and they were sore afraid: and the children of Israel cried out unto the LORD.
| 10 Y cuando Faraón se hubo acercado, los hijos de Israel alzaron sus ojos, y he aquí que los egipcios venían tras ellos; por lo que los hijos de Israel temieron en gran manera, y clamaron a Jehová. | 10 Und als der Pharao nahe herankam, hoben die Israeliten ihre Augen auf, und siehe, die Ägypter zogen hinter ihnen her. Und sie fürchteten sich sehr und schrien zu dem HERRN |

And they said unto Moses, Because there were no graves in Egypt, hast thou taken us away to die in the wilderness? wherefore hast thou dealt thus with us, to carry us forth out of Egypt?
| 11 Y dijeron a Moisés: ¿No había sepulcros en Egipto, que nos has sacado para que muramos en el desierto? ¿Por qué has hecho así con nosotros, que nos has sacado de Egipto? | 11 und sprachen zu Mose: Waren nicht Gräber in Ägypten, daß du uns wegführen mußtest, damit wir in der Wüste sterben? Warum hast du uns das angetan, daß du uns aus Ägypten geführt hast? |

Is not this the word that we did tell thee in Egypt, saying, Let us alone, that we may serve the Egyptians? For it had been better for us to serve the Egyptians, than that we should die in the wilderness.
| 12 ¿No es esto lo que te hablamos en Egipto, diciendo: Déjanos servir a los egipcios? Porque mejor nos fuera servir a los egipcios, que morir nosotros en el desierto. | 12 Haben wir's dir nicht schon in Ägypten gesagt: Laß uns in Ruhe, wir wollen den Ägyptern dienen? Es wäre besser für uns, den Ägyptern zu dienen, als in der Wüste zu sterben. |

And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which he will shew to you to day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no more for ever.
| 13 Y Moisés dijo al pueblo: No temáis; estad firmes, y ved la salvación que Jehová hará hoy con vosotros; porque los egipcios que hoy habéis visto, nunca más para siempre los veréis. | 13 Da sprach Mose zum Volk: Fürchtet euch nicht, stehet fest und sehet zu, was für ein Heil der HERR heute an euch tun wird. Denn wie ihr die Ägypter heute seht, werdet ihr sie niemals wiedersehen. |

The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.
| 14 Jehová peleará por vosotros, y vosotros estaréis tranquilos. | 14 Der HERR wird für euch streiten, und ihr werdet stille sein. |

And the LORD said unto Moses, Wherefore criest thou unto me? speak unto the children of Israel, that they go forward:
| 15 Entonces Jehová dijo a Moisés: ¿Por qué clamas a mí? Di a los hijos de Israel que marchen. | 15 Und der HERR sprach zu Mose: Was schreist du zu mir? Sage den Israeliten, daß sie weiterziehen. |

But lift thou up thy rod, and stretch out thine hand over the sea, and divide it: and the children of Israel shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea.
| 16 Y tú alza tu vara, y extiende tu mano sobre el mar, y divídelo, y entren los hijos de Israel por en medio del mar, en seco. | 16 Du aber hebe deinen Stab auf und recke deine Hand über das Meer und teile es mitten durch, so daß die Israeliten auf dem Trockenen mitten durch das Meer gehen. |

And I, behold, I will harden the hearts of the Egyptians, and they shall follow them: and I will get me honour upon Pharaoh, and upon all his host, upon his chariots, and upon his horsemen.
| 17 Y he aquí, yo endureceré el corazón de los egipcios para que los sigan; y yo me glorificaré en Faraón y en todo su ejército, en sus carros y en su caballería; | 17 Siehe, ich will das Herz der Ägypter verstocken, daß sie hinter euch herziehen, und will meine Herrlichkeit erweisen an dem Pharao und aller seiner Macht, an seinen Wagen und Männern. |

And the Egyptians shall know that I am the LORD, when I have gotten me honour upon Pharaoh, upon his chariots, and upon his horsemen.
| 18 y sabrán los egipcios que yo soy Jehová, cuando me glorifique en Faraón, en sus carros y en su gente de a caballo. | 18 Und die Ägypter sollen innewerden, daß ich der HERR bin, wenn ich meine Herrlichkeit erweise an dem Pharao und an seinen Wagen und Männern. |

And the angel of God, which went before the camp of Israel, removed and went behind them; and the pillar of the cloud went from before their face, and stood behind them:
| 19 Y el ángel de Dios que iba delante del campamento de Israel, se apartó e iba en pos de ellos; y asimismo la columna de nube que iba delante de ellos se apartó y se puso a sus espaldas, | 19 Da erhob sich der Engel Gottes, der vor dem Heer Israels herzog, und stellte sich hinter sie. Und die Wolkensäule vor ihnen erhob sich und trat hinter sie |

And it came between the camp of the Egyptians and the camp of Israel; and it was a cloud and darkness to them, but it gave light by night to these: so that the one came not near the other all the night.
| 20 e iba entre el campamento de los egipcios y el campamento de Israel; y era nube y tinieblas para aquéllos, y alumbraba a Israel de noche, y en toda aquella noche nunca se acercaron los unos a los otros. | 20 und kam zwischen das Heer der Ägypter und das Heer Israels. Und dort war die Wolke finster, und hier erleuchtete sie die Nacht, und so kamen die Heere die ganze Nacht einander nicht näher. |

And Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the LORD caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all that night, and made the sea dry land, and the waters were divided.
| 21 Y extendió Moisés su mano sobre el mar, e hizo Jehová que el mar se retirase por recio viento oriental toda aquella noche; y volvió el mar en seco, y las aguas quedaron divididas. | 21 Als nun Mose seine Hand über das Meer reckte, ließ es der HERR zurückweichen durch einen starken Ostwind die ganze Nacht und machte das Meer trocken, und die Wasser teilten sich. |

And the children of Israel went into the midst of the sea upon the dry ground: and the waters were a wall unto them on their right hand, and on their left.
| 22 Entonces los hijos de Israel entraron por en medio del mar, en seco, teniendo las aguas como muro a su derecha y a su izquierda. | 22 Und die Israeliten gingen hinein mitten ins Meer auf dem Trockenen, und das Wasser war ihnen eine Mauer zur Rechten und zur Linken. |

And the Egyptians pursued, and went in after them to the midst of the sea, even all Pharaoh's horses, his chariots, and his horsemen.
| 23 Y siguiéndolos los egipcios, entraron tras ellos hasta la mitad del mar, toda la caballería de Faraón, sus carros y su gente de a caballo. | 23 Und die Ägypter folgten und zogen hinein ihnen nach, alle Rosse des Pharao, seine Wagen und Männer, mitten ins Meer. |

And it came to pass, that in the morning watch the LORD looked unto the host of the Egyptians through the pillar of fire and of the cloud, and troubled the host of the Egyptians,
| 24 Aconteció a la vigilia de la mañana, que Jehová miró el campamento de los egipcios desde la columna de fuego y nube, y trastornó el campamento de los egipcios, | 24 Als nun die Zeit der Morgenwache kam, schaute der HERR auf das Heer der Ägypter aus der Feuersäule und der Wolke und brachte einen Schrecken über ihr Heer |

And took off their chariot wheels, that they drave them heavily: so that the Egyptians said, Let us flee from the face of Israel; for the LORD fighteth for them against the Egyptians.
| 25 y quitó las ruedas de sus carros, y los trastornó gravemente. Entonces los egipcios dijeron: Huyamos de delante de Israel, porque Jehová pelea por ellos contra los egipcios. | 25 und hemmte die Räder ihrer Wagen und machte, daß sie nur schwer vorwärtskamen. Da sprachen die Ägypter: Laßt uns fliehen vor Israel; der HERR streitet für sie wider Ägypten. |

And the LORD said unto Moses, Stretch out thine hand over the sea, that the waters may come again upon the Egyptians, upon their chariots, and upon their horsemen.
| 26 Y Jehová dijo a Moisés: Extiende tu mano sobre el mar, para que las aguas vuelvan sobre los egipcios, sobre sus carros, y sobre su caballería. | 26 Aber der HERR sprach zu Mose: Recke deine Hand aus über das Meer, daß das Wasser wiederkomme und herfalle über die Ägypter, über ihre Wagen und Männer. |

And Moses stretched forth his hand over the sea, and the sea returned to his strength when the morning appeared; and the Egyptians fled against it; and the LORD overthrew the Egyptians in the midst of the sea.
| 27 Entonces Moisés extendió su mano sobre el mar, y cuando amanecía, el mar se volvió en toda su fuerza, y los egipcios al huir se encontraban con el mar; y Jehová derribó a los egipcios en medio del mar. | 27 Da reckte Mose seine Hand aus über das Meer, und das Meer kam gegen Morgen wieder in sein Bett, und die Ägypter flohen ihm entgegen. So stürzte der HERR sie mitten ins Meer. |

And the waters returned, and covered the chariots, and the horsemen, and all the host of Pharaoh that came into the sea after them; there remained not so much as one of them.
| 28 Y volvieron las aguas, y cubrieron los carros y la caballería, y todo el ejército de Faraón que había entrado tras ellos en el mar; no quedó de ellos ni uno. | 28 Und das Wasser kam wieder und bedeckte Wagen und Männer, das ganze Heer des Pharao, das ihnen nachgefolgt war ins Meer, so daß nicht einer von ihnen übrigblieb. |

But the children of Israel walked upon dry land in the midst of the sea; and the waters were a wall unto them on their right hand, and on their left.
| 29 Y los hijos de Israel fueron por en medio del mar, en seco, teniendo las aguas por muro a su derecha y a su izquierda. | 29 Aber die Israeliten gingen trocken mitten durchs Meer, und das Wasser war ihnen eine Mauer zur Rechten und zur Linken. |
| 30
Thus the LORD saved Israel that day out of the hand of the Egyptians; and Israel saw the Egyptians dead upon the sea shore.
| 30 Así salvó Jehová aquel día a Israel de mano de los egipcios; e Israel vio a los egipcios muertos a la orilla del mar. | 30 So errettete der HERR an jenem Tage Israel aus der Ägypter Hand. Und sie sahen die Ägypter tot am Ufer des Meeres liegen. |

And Israel saw that great work which the LORD did upon the Egyptians: and the people feared the LORD, and believed the LORD, and his servant Moses. | 31 Y vio Israel aquel grande hecho que Jehová ejecutó contra los egipcios; y el pueblo temió a Jehová, y creyeron a Jehová y a Moisés su siervo. | 31 So sah Israel die mächtige Hand, mit der der HERR an den Ägyptern gehandelt hatte. Und das Volk fürchtete den HERRN, und sie glaubten ihm und seinem Knecht Mose. |
