And Moses called all Israel, and said unto them, Hear, O Israel, the statutes and judgments which I speak in your ears this day, that ye may learn them, and keep, and do them.
| 1 Llamó Moisés a todo Israel y les dijo: Oye, Israel, los estatutos y decretos que yo pronuncio hoy en vuestros oídos; aprendedlos, y guardadlos, para ponerlos por obra. | 1 Und Mose rief ganz Israel zusammen und sprach zu ihnen: Höre, Israel, die Gebote und Rechte, die ich heute vor euren Ohren rede, und lernet sie und bewahrt sie, daß ihr danach tut! |

The LORD our God made a covenant with us in Horeb.
| 2 Jehová nuestro Dios hizo pacto con nosotros en Horeb. | 2 Der HERR, unser Gott, hat einen Bund mit uns geschlossen am Horeba |

The LORD made not this covenant with our fathers, but with us, even us, who are all of us here alive this day.
| 3 No con nuestros padres hizo Jehová este pacto, sino con nosotros todos los que estamos aquí hoy vivos. | 3 und hat nicht mit unsern Vätern diesen Bund geschlossen, sondern mit uns, die wir heute hier sind und alle leben. |

The LORD talked with you face to face in the mount out of the midst of the fire,
| 4 Cara a cara habló Jehová con vosotros en el monte de en medio del fuego. | 4 Er hat von Angesicht zu Angesicht mit euch aus dem Feuer auf dem Berge geredet. |

(I stood between the LORD and you at that time, to shew you the word of the LORD: for ye were afraid by reason of the fire, and went not up into the mount;) saying,
| 5 Yo estaba entonces entre Jehová y vosotros, para declararos la palabra de Jehová; porque vosotros tuvisteis temor del fuego, y no subisteis al monte. | 5 Ich stand zu derselben Zeit zwischen dem HERRN und euch, um euch des HERRN Wort zu verkündigen; denn ihr fürchtetet euch vor dem Feuer und gingt nicht auf den Berg. Und er sprach: |

I am the LORD thy God, which brought thee out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage.
| 6 Yo soy Jehová tu Dios, que te saqué de tierra de Egipto, de casa de servidumbre. | 6 Ich bin der HERR, dein Gott, der dich aus Ägyptenland geführt hat, aus der Knechtschaft. |

Thou shalt have none other gods before me.
| 7 No tendrás dioses ajenos delante de mí. | 7 Du sollst keine anderen Götter haben neben mir. |

Thou shalt not make thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the waters beneath the earth:
| 8 No harás para ti escultura, ni imagen alguna de cosa que está arriba en los cielos, ni abajo en la tierra, ni en las aguas debajo de la tierra. | 8 Du sollst dir kein Bildnis machen in irgendeiner Gestalt, weder von dem, was oben im Himmel, noch von dem, was unten auf Erden, noch von dem, was im Wasser unter der Erde ist. |

Thou shalt not bow down thyself unto them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me,
| 9 No te inclinarás a ellas ni las servirás; porque yo soy Jehová tu Dios, fuerte, celoso, que visito la maldad de los padres sobre los hijos hasta la tercera y cuarta generación de los que me aborrecen, | 9 Du sollst sie nicht anbeten noch ihnen dienen. Denn ich, der HERR, dein Gott, bin ein eifernder Gott, der die Missetat der Väter heimsucht bis ins dritte und vierte Glied an den Kindern derer, die mich hassen, |

And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me and keep my commandments.
| 10 y que hago misericordia a millares, a los que me aman y guardan mis mandamientos. | 10 aber Barmherzigkeit erweist an vielen Tausenden, die mich lieben und meine Gebote halten. |

Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain: for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.
| 11 No tomarás el nombre de Jehová tu Dios en vano; porque Jehová no dará por inocente al que tome su nombre en vano. | 11 Du sollst den Namen des HERRN, deines Gottes, nicht mißbrauchen; denn der HERR wird den nicht ungestraft lassen, der seinen Namen mißbraucht. |

Keep the sabbath day to sanctify it, as the LORD thy God hath commanded thee.
| 12 Guardarás el día de reposo para santificarlo, como Jehová tu Dios te ha mandado. | 12 Den Sabbattag sollst du halten, daß du ihn heiligest, wie dir der HERR, dein Gott, geboten hat. |

Six days thou shalt labour, and do all thy work:
| 13 Seis días trabajarás, y harás toda tu obra; | 13 Sechs Tage sollst du arbeiten und alle deine Werke tun. |

But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, nor thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thine ox, nor thine ass, nor any of thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates; that thy manservant and thy maidservant may rest as well as thou.
| 14 mas el séptimo día es reposo a Jehová tu Dios; ninguna obra harás tú, ni tu hijo, ni tu hija, ni tu siervo, ni tu sierva, ni tu buey, ni tu asno, ni ningún animal tuyo, ni el extranjero que está dentro de tus puertas, para que descanse tu siervo y tu sierva como tú. | 14 Aber am siebenten Tag ist der Sabbat des HERRN, deines Gottes. Da sollst du keine Arbeit tun, auch nicht dein Sohn, deine Tochter, dein Knecht, deine Magd, dein Rind, dein Esel, all dein Vieh, auch nicht dein Fremdling, der in deiner Stadt lebt, auf daß dein Knecht und deine Magd ruhen gleichwie du. |

And remember that thou wast a servant in the land of Egypt, and that the LORD thy God brought thee out thence through a mighty hand and by a stretched out arm: therefore the LORD thy God commanded thee to keep the sabbath day.
| 15 Acuérdate que fuiste siervo en tierra de Egipto, y que Jehová tu Dios te sacó de allá con mano fuerte y brazo extendido; por lo cual Jehová tu Dios te ha mandado que guardes el día de reposo. | 15 Denn du sollst daran denken, daß auch du Knecht in Ägyptenland warst und der HERR, dein Gott, dich von dort herausgeführt hat mit mächtiger Hand und ausgerecktem Arm. Darum hat dir der HERR, dein Gott, geboten, daß du den Sabbattag halten sollst. |

Honour thy father and thy mother, as the LORD thy God hath commanded thee; that thy days may be prolonged, and that it may go well with thee, in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.
| 16 Honra a tu padre y a tu madre, como Jehová tu Dios te ha mandado, para que sean prolongados tus días, y para que te vaya bien sobre la tierra que Jehová tu Dios te da. | 16 Du sollst deinen Vater und deine Mutter ehren, wie dir der HERR, dein Gott, geboten hat, auf daß du lange lebest und dir's wohlgehe in dem Lande, das dir der HERR, dein Gott, geben wird. |

Thou shalt not kill.

Neither shalt thou commit adultery.
| 18 No cometerás adulterio. | 18 Du sollst nicht ehebrechen.* |

Neither shalt thou steal.
| 19 No hurtarás. | 19 Du sollst nicht stehlen. |

Neither shalt thou bear false witness against thy neighbour.
| 20 No dirás falso testimonio contra tu prójimo. | 20 Du sollst nicht falsch Zeugnis reden wider deinen Nächsten. |

Neither shalt thou desire thy neighbour's wife, neither shalt thou covet thy neighbour's house, his field, or his manservant, or his maidservant, his ox, or his ass, or any thing that is thy neighbour's.
| 21 No codiciarás la mujer de tu prójimo, ni desearás la casa de tu prójimo, ni su tierra, ni su siervo, ni su sierva, ni su buey, ni su asno, ni cosa alguna de tu prójimo. | 21 Du sollst nicht begehren deines Nächsten Weib. Du sollst nicht begehren deines Nächsten Haus, Acker, Knecht, Magd, Rind, Esel noch alles, was sein ist. |

These words the LORD spake unto all your assembly in the mount out of the midst of the fire, of the cloud, and of the thick darkness, with a great voice: and he added no more. And he wrote them in two tables of stone, and delivered them unto me.
| 22 Estas palabras habló Jehová a toda vuestra congregación en el monte, de en medio del fuego, de la nube y de la oscuridad, a gran voz; y no añadió más. Y las escribió en dos tablas de piedra, las cuales me dio a mí. | 22 Das sind die Worte, die der HERR redete zu eurer ganzen Gemeinde auf dem Berge, aus dem Feuer und der Wolke und dem Dunkel mit großer Stimme, und tat nichts hinzu und schrieb sie auf zwei steinerne Tafeln und gab sie mir. |

And it came to pass, when ye heard the voice out of the midst of the darkness, (for the mountain did burn with fire,) that ye came near unto me, even all the heads of your tribes, and your elders;
| 23 Y aconteció que cuando vosotros oísteis la voz de en medio de las tinieblas, y visteis al monte que ardía en fuego, vinisteis a mí, todos los príncipes de vuestras tribus, y vuestros ancianos, | 23 Als ihr aber die Stimme aus der Finsternis hörtet und den Berg im Feuer brennen saht, tratet ihr zu mir, alle eure Stammeshäupter und eure Ältesten, |

And ye said, Behold, the LORD our God hath shewed us his glory and his greatness, and we have heard his voice out of the midst of the fire: we have seen this day that God doth talk with man, and he liveth.
| 24 y dijisteis: He aquí Jehová nuestro Dios nos ha mostrado su gloria y su grandeza, y hemos oído su voz de en medio del fuego; hoy hemos visto que Jehová habla al hombre, y éste aún vive. | 24 und spracht: Siehe, der HERR, unser Gott, hat uns sehen lassen seine Herrlichkeit und seine Majestät, und wir haben seine Stimme aus dem Feuer gehört. Heute haben wir zwar gesehen, daß Gott mit Menschen redet und sie am Leben bleiben. |

Now therefore why should we die? for this great fire will consume us: if we hear the voice of the LORD our God any more, then we shall die.
| 25 Ahora, pues, ¿por qué vamos a morir? Porque este gran fuego nos consumirá; si oyéremos otra vez la voz de Jehová nuestro Dios, moriremos. | 25 Aber nun, warum sollen wir sterben? Dies große Feuer wird uns noch verzehren! Wenn wir des HERRN, unseres Gottes, Stimme weiter hören, so müssen wir sterben. |

For who is there of all flesh, that hath heard the voice of the living God speaking out of the midst of the fire, as we have, and lived?
| 26 Porque ¿qué es el hombre, para que oiga la voz del Dios viviente que habla de en medio del fuego, como nosotros la oímos, y aún viva? | 26 Denn welcher Mensch kann die Stimme des lebendigen Gottes aus dem Feuer reden hören wie wir und doch am Leben bleiben? |

Go thou near, and hear all that the LORD our God shall say: and speak thou unto us all that the LORD our God shall speak unto thee; and we will hear it, and do it.
| 27 Acércate tú, y oye todas las cosas que dijere Jehová nuestro Dios; y tú nos dirás todo lo que Jehová nuestro Dios te dijere, y nosotros oiremos y haremos. | 27 Tritt du hinzu und höre alles, was der HERR, unser Gott, sagt, und sage es uns. Alles, was der HERR, unser Gott, mit dir reden wird, das wollen wir hören und tun. |

And the LORD heard the voice of your words, when ye spake unto me; and the LORD said unto me, I have heard the voice of the words of this people, which they have spoken unto thee: they have well said all that they have spoken.
| 28 Y oyó Jehová la voz de vuestras palabras cuando me hablabais, y me dijo Jehová: He oído la voz de las palabras de este pueblo, que ellos te han hablado; bien está todo lo que han dicho. | 28 Als aber der HERR eure Worte hörte, die ihr mit mir redetet, sprach er zu mir: Ich habe gehört die Worte dieses Volks, die sie mit dir geredet haben; es ist alles gut, was sie geredet haben. |

O that there were such an heart in them, that they would fear me, and keep all my commandments always, that it might be well with them, and with their children for ever!
| 29 ¡Quién diera que tuviesen tal corazón, que me temiesen y guardasen todos los días todos mis mandamientos, para que a ellos y a sus hijos les fuese bien para siempre! | 29 Ach daß sie ein solches Herz hätten, mich zu fürchten und zu halten alle meine Gebote ihr Leben lang, auf daß es ihnen und ihren Kindern wohlginge ewiglich! |

Go say to them, Get you into your tents again.
| 30 Ve y diles: Volveos a vuestras tiendas. | 30 Geh hin und sage ihnen: Geht heim in eure Zelte! |

But as for thee, stand thou here by me, and I will speak unto thee all the commandments, and the statutes, and the judgments, which thou shalt teach them, that they may do them in the land which I give them to possess it.
| 31 Y tú quédate aquí conmigo, y te diré todos los mandamientos y estatutos y decretos que les enseñarás, a fin de que los pongan ahora por obra en la tierra que yo les doy por posesión. | 31 Du aber sollst hier vor mir stehen bleiben, damit ich dir verkündige das ganze Gesetz, die Gebote und Rechte, die du sie lehren sollst, daß sie danach tun in dem Lande, das ich ihnen geben werde, um es einzunehmen. |

Ye shall observe to do therefore as the LORD your God hath commanded you: ye shall not turn aside to the right hand or to the left.
| 32 Mirad, pues, que hagáis como Jehová vuestro Dios os ha mandado; no os apartéis a diestra ni a siniestra. | 32 So habt nun acht, daß ihr tut, wie euch der HERR, euer Gott, geboten hat, und weicht nicht, weder zur Rechten noch zur Linken, |

Ye shall walk in all the ways which the LORD your God hath commanded you, that ye may live, and that it may be well with you, and that ye may prolong your days in the land which ye shall possess.
| 33 Andad en todo el camino que Jehová vuestro Dios os ha mandado, para que viváis y os vaya bien, y tengáis largos días en la tierra que habéis de poseer. | 33 sondern wandelt in allen Wegen, die euch der HERR, euer Gott, geboten hat, damit ihr leben könnt und es euch wohlgeht und ihr lange lebt in dem Lande, das ihr einnehmen werdet. |
