These are the words of the covenant, which the LORD commanded Moses to make with the children of Israel in the land of Moab, beside the covenant which he made with them in Horeb.
| 1 Estas son las palabras del pacto que Jehová mandó a Moisés que celebrase con los hijos de Israel en la tierra de Moab, además del pacto que concertó con ellos en Horeb. | 1 Und Mose berief ganz Israel und sprach zu ihnen: Ihr habt alles gesehen, was der HERR vor euren Augen in Ägypten dem Pharao und allen seinen Großen und seinem ganzen Lande getan hat, |

And Moses called unto all Israel, and said unto them, Ye have seen all that the LORD did before your eyes in the land of Egypt unto Pharaoh, and unto all his servants, and unto all his land;
| 2 Moisés, pues, llamó a todo Israel, y les dijo: Vosotros habéis visto todo lo que Jehová ha hecho delante de vuestros ojos en la tierra de Egipto a Faraón y a todos sus siervos, y a toda su tierra, | 2 die gewaltigen Proben seiner Macht, die deine Augen gesehen haben, die großen Zeichen und Wunder. |

The great temptations which thine eyes have seen, the signs, and those great miracles:
| 3 las grandes pruebas que vieron vuestros ojos, las seńales y las grandes maravillas. | 3 Und der HERR hat euch bis auf diesen heutigen Tag noch nicht ein Herz gegeben, das verständig wäre, Augen, die da sähen, und Ohren, die da hörten. |

Yet the LORD hath not given you an heart to perceive, and eyes to see, and ears to hear, unto this day.
| 4 Pero hasta hoy Jehová no os ha dado corazón para entender, ni ojos para ver, ni oídos para oír. | 4 Er hat euch vierzig Jahre in der Wüste wandern lassen. Eure Kleider sind euch nicht zerrissen, auch deine Schuhe nicht an deinen Füßen; |

And I have led you forty years in the wilderness: your clothes are not waxen old upon you, and thy shoe is not waxen old upon thy foot.
| 5 Y yo os he traído cuarenta ańos en el desierto; vuestros vestidos no se han envejecido sobre vosotros, ni vuestro calzado se ha envejecido sobre vuestro pie. | 5 ihr habt kein Brot gegessen und keinen Wein getrunken und kein starkes Getränk, auf daß ihr erkennen solltet, daß ich der HERR, euer Gott, bin. |

Ye have not eaten bread, neither have ye drunk wine or strong drink: that ye might know that I am the LORD your God.
| 6 No habéis comido pan, ni bebisteis vino ni sidra; para que supierais que yo soy Jehová vuestro Dios. | 6 Und als ihr kamt an diesen Ort, zogen aus der König Sihon von Heschbon und der König Og von Baschan uns entgegen, mit uns zu kämpfen. Und wir haben sie geschlagena |

And when ye came unto this place, Sihon the king of Heshbon, and Og the king of Bashan, came out against us unto battle, and we smote them:
| 7 Y llegasteis a este lugar, y salieron Sehón rey de Hesbón y Og rey de Basán delante de nosotros para pelear, y los derrotamos; | 7 und ihr Land eingenommen und zum Erbteil gegeben den Rubenitern und Gaditern und dem halben Stamm Manasse. |

And we took their land, and gave it for an inheritance unto the Reubenites, and to the Gadites, and to the half tribe of Manasseh.
| 8 y tomamos su tierra, y la dimos por heredad a Rubén y a Gad y a la media tribu de Manasés. | 8 So haltet nun die Worte dieses Bundes und tut danach, auf daß ihr glücklich ausrichten könnt all euer Tun. |

Keep therefore the words of this covenant, and do them, that ye may prosper in all that ye do.
| 9 Guardaréis, pues, las palabras de este pacto, y las pondréis por obra, para que prosperéis en todo lo que hiciereis. | 9 Ihr steht heute alle vor dem HERRN, eurem Gott, die Häupter eurer Stämme, eure Ältesten, eure Amtleute, jeder Mann in Israel, |

Ye stand this day all of you before the LORD your God; your captains of your tribes, your elders, and your officers, with all the men of Israel,
| 10 Vosotros todos estáis hoy en presencia de Jehová vuestro Dios; los cabezas de vuestras tribus, vuestros ancianos y vuestros oficiales, todos los varones de Israel; | 10 eure Kinder, eure Frauen, dein Fremdling, der in deinem Lager ist, dein Holzhauer und dein Wasserschöpfer, |

Your little ones, your wives, and thy stranger that is in thy camp, from the hewer of thy wood unto the drawer of thy water:
| 11 vuestros nińos, vuestras mujeres, y tus extranjeros que habitan en medio de tu campamento, desde el que corta tu leńa hasta el que saca tu agua; | 11 damit du tretest in den Bund des HERRN, deines Gottes, und unter den Eid, den der HERR, dein Gott, dir heute auflegt, |

That thou shouldest enter into covenant with the LORD thy God, and into his oath, which the LORD thy God maketh with thee this day:
| 12 para que entres en el pacto de Jehová tu Dios, y en su juramento, que Jehová tu Dios concierta hoy contigo, | 12 daß er dich heute zum Volk für sich erhebe und er dein Gott sei, wie er dir zugesagt hat und wie er deinen Vätern Abraham, Isaak und Jakob geschworen hat. |

That he may establish thee to day for a people unto himself, and that he may be unto thee a God, as he hath said unto thee, and as he hath sworn unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob.
| 13 para confirmarte hoy como su pueblo, y para que él te sea a ti por Dios, de la manera que él te ha dicho, y como lo juró a tus padres Abraham, Isaac y Jacob. | 13 Denn ich schließe diesen Bund und diesen Eid nicht mit euch allein, |

Neither with you only do I make this covenant and this oath;
| 14 Y no solamente con vosotros hago yo este pacto y este juramento, | 14 sondern mit euch, die ihr heute hier seid und mit uns steht vor dem HERRN, unserm Gott, wie auch mit denen, die heute nicht mit uns sind. |

But with him that standeth here with us this day before the LORD our God, and also with him that is not here with us this day:
| 15 sino con los que están aquí presentes hoy con nosotros delante de Jehová nuestro Dios, y con los que no están aquí hoy con nosotros. | 15 Denn ihr wißt, wie wir in Ägyptenland gewohnt haben und mitten durch die Völker gezogen sind, durch deren Land ihr zogt. |

(For ye know how we have dwelt in the land of Egypt; and how we came through the nations which ye passed by;
| 16 Porque vosotros sabéis cómo habitamos en la tierra de Egipto, y cómo hemos pasado por en medio de las naciones por las cuales habéis pasado; | 16 Ihr saht ihre Greuel und ihre Götzen, die bei ihnen waren, Holz und Stein, Silber und Gold. |

And ye have seen their abominations, and their idols, wood and stone, silver and gold, which were among them:)
| 17 y habéis visto sus abominaciones y sus ídolos de madera y piedra, de plata y oro, que tienen consigo. | 17 Laßt ja nicht einen Mann oder eine Frau, ein Geschlecht oder einen Stamm unter euch sein, dessen Herz sich heute abwendet von dem HERRN, unserm Gott, daß jemand hingehe und diene den Göttern dieser Völker. Laßt unter euch nicht eine Wurzel aufwachsen, die da Gift und Wermut hervorbringt. |

Lest there should be among you man, or woman, or family, or tribe, whose heart turneth away this day from the LORD our God, to go and serve the gods of these nations; lest there should be among you a root that beareth gall and wormwood;
| 18 No sea que haya entre vosotros varón o mujer, o familia o tribu, cuyo corazón se aparte hoy de Jehová nuestro Dios, para ir a servir a los dioses de esas naciones; no sea que haya en medio de vosotros raíz que produzca hiel y ajenjo, | 18 Laßt niemand, der die Worte dieses Fluches hört, sich dennoch in seinem Herzen segnen und sprechen: Mir wird es wohlgehen, auch wenn ich wandle nach meinem verstockten Herzen -, damit nicht fortgerafft werde das wasserreiche mit dem dürren Land! |

And it come to pass, when he heareth the words of this curse, that he bless himself in his heart, saying, I shall have peace, though I walk in the imagination of mine heart, to add drunkenness to thirst:
| 19 y suceda que al oír las palabras de esta maldición, él se bendiga en su corazón, diciendo: Tendré paz, aunque ande en la dureza de mi corazón, a fin de que con la embriaguez quite la sed. | 19 Einem solchen Mann wird der HERR nicht gnädig sein, sondern sein Zorn und Eifer wird entbrennen gegen ihn, und es werden sich auf ihn legen alle Flüche, die in diesem Buch geschrieben sind, und seinen Namen wird der HERR austilgen unter dem Himmel |

The LORD will not spare him, but then the anger of the LORD and his jealousy shall smoke against that man, and all the curses that are written in this book shall lie upon him, and the LORD shall blot out his name from under heaven.
| 20 No querrá Jehová perdonarlo, sino que entonces humeará la ira de Jehová y su celo sobre el tal hombre, y se asentará sobre él toda maldición escrita en este libro, y Jehová borrará su nombre de debajo del cielo; | 20 und wird ihn zum Unheil absondern aus allen Stämmen Israels nach allen Flüchen des Bundes, der in dem Buch dieses Gesetzes geschrieben ist. |

And the LORD shall separate him unto evil out of all the tribes of Israel, according to all the curses of the covenant that are written in this book of the law:
| 21 y lo apartará Jehová de todas las tribus de Israel para mal, conforme a todas las maldiciones del pacto escrito en este libro de la ley. | 21 Dann werden sagen künftige Geschlechter, eure Kinder, die nach euch aufkommen, und die Fremden, die aus fernen Landen kommen, wenn sie die Plagen dieses Landes sehen und die Krankheiten, mit denen der HERR es beladen hat |

So that the generation to come of your children that shall rise up after you, and the stranger that shall come from a far land, shall say, when they see the plagues of that land, and the sicknesses which the LORD hath laid upon it;
| 22 Y dirán las generaciones venideras, vuestros hijos que se levanten después de vosotros, y el extranjero que vendrá de lejanas tierras, cuando vieren las plagas de aquella tierra, | 22 - all ihr Land hat er mit Schwefel und Salz verbrannt, daß es weder besät werden kann noch etwas wächst noch Kraut darin aufgeht, gleichwie Sodom und Gomorra, Adma und Zebojim zerstört sind, die der HERR in seinem Zorn und Grimm zerstört hat -, |

And that the whole land thereof is brimstone, and salt, and burning, that it is not sown, nor beareth, nor any grass groweth therein, like the overthrow of Sodom, and Gomorrah, Admah, and Zeboim, which the LORD overthrew in his anger, and in his wrath:
| 23 (azufre y sal, abrasada toda su tierra; no será sembrada, ni producirá, ni crecerá en ella hierba alguna, como sucedió en la destrucción de Sodoma y de Gomorra, de Adma y de Zeboim, las cuales Jehová destruyó en su furor y en su ira); | 23 ja, alle Völker werden sagen: Warum hat der HERR an diesem Lande so gehandelt? Was ist das für ein großer, grimmiger Zorn? |

Even all nations shall say, Wherefore hath the LORD done thus unto this land? what meaneth the heat of this great anger?
| 24 más aún, todas las naciones dirán: żPor qué hizo esto Jehová a esta tierra? żQué significa el ardor de esta gran ira? | 24 Dann wird man sagen: Darum, weil sie den Bund des HERRN, des Gottes ihrer Väter, verlassen haben, den er mit ihnen schloß, als er sie aus Ägyptenland führte, |

Then men shall say, Because they have forsaken the covenant of the LORD God of their fathers, which he made with them when he brought them forth out of the land of Egypt:
| 25 Y responderán: Por cuanto dejaron el pacto de Jehová el Dios de sus padres, que él concertó con ellos cuando los sacó de la tierra de Egipto, | 25 und sind hingegangen und haben andern Göttern gedient und sie angebetet, Götter, die sie nicht kennen und die er ihnen nicht zugewiesen hat, |

For they went and served other gods, and worshipped them, gods whom they knew not, and whom he had not given unto them:
| 26 y fueron y sirvieron a dioses ajenos, y se inclinaron a ellos, dioses que no conocían, y que ninguna cosa les habían dado. | 26 darum ist des HERRN Zorn entbrannt gegen dies Land, daß er über sie hat kommen lassen alle Flüche, die in diesem Buch geschrieben stehen. |

And the anger of the LORD was kindled against this land, to bring upon it all the curses that are written in this book:
| 27 Por tanto, se encendió la ira de Jehová contra esta tierra, para traer sobre ella todas las maldiciones escritas en este libro; | 27 Und der HERR hat sie aus ihrem Lande gestoßen in großem Zorn, Grimm und ohne Erbarmen und hat sie in ein anderes Land geworfen, so wie es heute ist. |

And the LORD rooted them out of their land in anger, and in wrath, and in great indignation, and cast them into another land, as it is this day.
| 28 y Jehová los desarraigó de su tierra con ira, con furor y con grande indignación, y los arrojó a otra tierra, como hoy se ve. | 28 Was verborgen ist, ist des HERRN, unseres Gottes; was aber offenbart ist, das gilt uns und unsern Kindern ewiglich, daß wir tun sollen alle Worte dieses Gesetzes. |

The secret things belong unto the LORD our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law.
| 29 Las cosas secretas pertenecen a Jehová nuestro Dios; mas las reveladas son para nosotros y para nuestros hijos para siempre, para que cumplamos todas las palabras de esta ley. | |
