When a man hath taken a wife, and married her, and it come to pass that she find no favour in his eyes, because he hath found some uncleanness in her: then let him write her a bill of divorcement, and give it in her hand, and send her out of his house.
| 1 Cuando alguno tomare mujer y se casare con ella, si no le agradare por haber hallado en ella alguna cosa indecente, le escribirá carta de divorcio, y se la entregará en su mano, y la despedirá de su casa. | 1 Wenn jemand eine Frau zur Ehe nimmt und sie nicht Gnade findet vor seinen Augen, weil er etwas Schändliches an ihr gefunden hat, und er einen Scheidebrief schreibt und ihr in die Hand gibt und sie aus seinem Hause entläßt |

And when she is departed out of his house, she may go and be another man's wife.
| 2 Y salida de su casa, podrá ir y casarse con otro hombre. | 2 und wenn sie dann aus seinem Hause gegangen ist und hingeht und wird eines andern Frau |

And if the latter husband hate her, and write her a bill of divorcement, and giveth it in her hand, and sendeth her out of his house; or if the latter husband die, which took her to be his wife;
| 3 Pero si la aborreciere este último, y le escribiere carta de divorcio, y se la entregare en su mano, y la despidiere de su casa; o si hubiere muerto el postrer hombre que la tomó por mujer, | 3 und dieser andere Mann ihrer auch überdrüssig wird und einen Scheidebrief schreibt und ihr in die Hand gibt und sie aus seinem Hause entläßt oder wenn dieser andere Mann stirbt, der sie sich zur Frau genommen hatte, |

Her former husband, which sent her away, may not take her again to be his wife, after that she is defiled; for that is abomination before the LORD: and thou shalt not cause the land to sin, which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance.
| 4 no podrá su primer marido, que la despidió, volverla a tomar para que sea su mujer, después que fue envilecida; porque es abominación delante de Jehová, y no has de pervertir la tierra que Jehová tu Dios te da por heredad. | 4 so kann sie ihr erster Mann, der sie entließ, nicht wieder zur Frau nehmen, nachdem sie unrein geworden ist - denn solches ist ein Greuel vor dem HERRN -, damit du nicht Sünde über das Land bringst, das dir der HERR, dein Gott, zum Erbe gegeben hat. |

When a man hath taken a new wife, he shall not go out to war, neither shall he be charged with any business: but he shall be free at home one year, and shall cheer up his wife which he hath taken.
| 5 Cuando alguno fuere recién casado, no saldrá a la guerra, ni en ninguna cosa se le ocupará; libre estará en su casa por un año, para alegrar a la mujer que tomó. | 5 Wenn jemand sich kurz vorher eine Frau genommen hat, soll er nicht mit dem Heer ausziehen, und man soll ihm nichts auferlegen. Er soll frei in seinem Hause sein ein Jahr lang, daß er fröhlich sei mit seiner Frau, die er genommen hat. |

No man shall take the nether or the upper millstone to pledge: for he taketh a man's life to pledge.
| 6 No tomarás en prenda la muela del molino, ni la de abajo ni la de arriba; porque sería tomar en prenda la vida del hombre. | 6 Du sollst nicht zum Pfande nehmen den unteren und oberen Mühlstein; denn damit hättest du das Leben zum Pfand genommen. |

If a man be found stealing any of his brethren of the children of Israel, and maketh merchandise of him, or selleth him; then that thief shall die; and thou shalt put evil away from among you.
| 7 Cuando fuere hallado alguno que hubiere hurtado a uno de sus hermanos los hijos de Israel, y le hubiere esclavizado, o le hubiere vendido, morirá el tal ladrón, y quitarás el mal de en medio de ti. | 7 Wenn jemand ergriffen wird, der von seinen Brüdern, den Israeliten, einen Menschen raubt und ihn gewalttätig behandelt oder ihn verkauft: solch ein Dieb soll sterben, daß du das Böse aus deiner Mitte wegtust. |

Take heed in the plague of leprosy, that thou observe diligently, and do according to all that the priests the Levites shall teach you: as I commanded them, so ye shall observe to do.
| 8 En cuanto a la plaga de la lepra, ten cuidado de observar diligentemente y hacer según todo lo que os enseñaren los sacerdotes levitas; según yo les he mandado, así cuidaréis de hacer. | 8 Hüte dich beim Auftreten von Aussatz, daß du alles genau hältst und tust, was dich die levitischen Priester lehren; wie ich ihnen geboten habe, so sollt ihr's halten und danach tun. |

Remember what the LORD thy God did unto Miriam by the way, after that ye were come forth out of Egypt.
| 9 Acuérdate de lo que hizo Jehová tu Dios a María en el camino, después que salisteis de Egipto. | 9 Bedenke, was der HERR, dein Gott, mit Mirjam tat auf dem Wege, als ihr aus Ägypten zogt. |

When thou dost lend thy brother any thing, thou shalt not go into his house to fetch his pledge.
| 10 Cuando entregares a tu prójimo alguna cosa prestada, no entrarás en su casa para tomarle prenda. | 10 Wenn du deinem Nächsten irgend etwas borgst, so sollst du nicht in sein Haus gehen und ihm ein Pfand nehmen, |

Thou shalt stand abroad, and the man to whom thou dost lend shall bring out the pledge abroad unto thee.
| 11 Te quedarás fuera, y el hombre a quien prestaste te sacará la prenda. | 11 sondern du sollst draußen stehen, und er, dem du borgst, soll sein Pfand zu dir herausbringen. |

And if the man be poor, thou shalt not sleep with his pledge:
| 12 Y si el hombre fuere pobre, no te acostarás reteniendo aún su prenda. | 12 Ist er aber bedürftig, so sollst du dich nicht schlafen legen mit seinem Pfand, |

In any case thou shalt deliver him the pledge again when the sun goeth down, that he may sleep in his own raiment, and bless thee: and it shall be righteousness unto thee before the LORD thy God.
| 13 Sin falta le devolverás la prenda cuando el sol se ponga, para que pueda dormir en su ropa, y te bendiga; y te será justicia delante de Jehová tu Dios. | 13 sondern sollst ihm sein Pfand wiedergeben, wenn die Sonne untergeht, daß er in seinem Mantel schlafe und dich segne. So wird das deine Gerechtigkeit sein vor dem HERRN, deinem Gott. |

Thou shalt not oppress an hired servant that is poor and needy, whether he be of thy brethren, or of thy strangers that are in thy land within thy gates:
| 14 No oprimirás al jornalero pobre y menesteroso, ya sea de tus hermanos o de los extranjeros que habitan en tu tierra dentro de tus ciudades. | 14 Dem Tagelöhner, der bedürftig und arm ist, sollst du seinen Lohn nicht vorenthalten, er sei von deinen Brüdern oder den Fremdlingen, die in deinem Land und in deinen Städten sind, |

At his day thou shalt give him his hire, neither shall the sun go down upon it; for he is poor, and setteth his heart upon it: lest he cry against thee unto the LORD, and it be sin unto thee.
| 15 En su día le darás su jornal, y no se pondrá el sol sin dárselo; pues es pobre, y con él sustenta su vida; para que no clame contra ti a Jehová, y sea en ti pecado. | 15 sondern du sollst ihm seinen Lohn am selben Tage geben, daß die Sonne nicht darüber untergehe - denn er ist bedürftig und verlangt danach -, damit er nicht wider dich den HERRN anrufe und es dir zur Sünde werde. |

The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, neither shall the children be put to death for the fathers: every man shall be put to death for his own sin.
| 16 Los padres no morirán por los hijos, ni los hijos por los padres; cada uno morirá por su pecado. | 16 Die Väter sollen nicht für die Kinder noch die Kinder für die Väter sterben, sondern ein jeder soll für seine Sünde sterben. |

Thou shalt not pervert the judgment of the stranger, nor of the fatherless; nor take a widow's raiment to pledge:
| 17 No torcerás el derecho del extranjero ni del huérfano, ni tomarás en prenda la ropa de la viuda, | 17 Du sollst das Recht des Fremdlings und der Waise nicht beugen und sollst der Witwe nicht das Kleid zum Pfand nehmen. |

But thou shalt remember that thou wast a bondman in Egypt, and the LORD thy God redeemed thee thence: therefore I command thee to do this thing.
| 18 sino que te acordarás que fuiste siervo en Egipto, y que de allí te rescató Jehová tu Dios; por tanto, yo te mando que hagas esto. | 18 Denn du sollst daran denken, daß du Knecht in Ägypten gewesen bist und der HERR, dein Gott, dich von dort erlöst hat. Darum gebiete ich dir, daß du solches tust. |

When thou cuttest down thine harvest in thy field, and hast forgot a sheaf in the field, thou shalt not go again to fetch it: it shall be for the stranger, for the fatherless, and for the widow: that the LORD thy God may bless thee in all the work of thine hands.
| 19 Cuando siegues tu mies en tu campo, y olvides alguna gavilla en el campo, no volverás para recogerla; será para el extranjero, para el huérfano y para la viuda; para que te bendiga Jehová tu Dios en toda obra de tus manos. | 19 Wenn du auf deinem Acker geerntet und eine Garbe vergessen hast auf dem Acker, so sollst du nicht umkehren, sie zu holen, sondern sie soll dem Fremdling, der Waise und der Witwe zufallen, auf daß dich der HERR, dein Gott, segne in allen Werken deiner Hände. |

When thou beatest thine olive tree, thou shalt not go over the boughs again: it shall be for the stranger, for the fatherless, and for the widow.
| 20 Cuando sacudas tus olivos, no recorrerás las ramas que hayas dejado tras de ti; serán para el extranjero, para el huérfano y para la viuda. | 20 Wenn du deine Ölbäume geschüttelt hast, so sollst du nicht nachschütteln; es soll dem Fremdling, der Waise und der Witwe zufallen. |

When thou gatherest the grapes of thy vineyard, thou shalt not glean it afterward: it shall be for the stranger, for the fatherless, and for the widow.
