Ye are the children of the LORD your God: ye shall not cut yourselves, nor make any baldness between your eyes for the dead.
| 1 Hijos sois de Jehová vuestro Dios; no os sajaréis, ni os raparéis a causa de muerto. | 1 Ihr seid Kinder des HERRN, eures Gottes. Ihr sollt euch um eines Toten willen nicht wund ritzen noch kahl scheren über den Augen. |

For thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God, and the LORD hath chosen thee to be a peculiar people unto himself, above all the nations that are upon the earth.
| 2 Porque eres pueblo santo a Jehová tu Dios, y Jehová te ha escogido para que le seas un pueblo único de entre todos los pueblos que están sobre la tierra. | 2 Denn du bist ein heiliges Volk dem HERRN, deinem Gott, und der HERR hat dich erwählt, daß du sein Eigentum seist, aus allen Völkern, die auf Erden sind. |

Thou shalt not eat any abominable thing.

These are the beasts which ye shall eat: the ox, the sheep, and the goat,

The hart, and the roebuck, and the fallow deer, and the wild goat, and the pygarg, and the wild ox, and the chamois.

And every beast that parteth the hoof, and cleaveth the cleft into two claws, and cheweth the cud among the beasts, that ye shall eat.
| 6 Y todo animal de pezuñas, que tiene hendidura de dos uñas, y que rumiare entre los animales, ese podréis comer. | 6 Jedes Tier, das gespaltene Klauen hat, ganz durchgespalten, und das wiederkäut, dürft ihr essen. |

Nevertheless these ye shall not eat of them that chew the cud, or of them that divide the cloven hoof; as the camel, and the hare, and the coney: for they chew the cud, but divide not the hoof; therefore they are unclean unto you.
| 7 Pero estos no comeréis, entre los que rumian o entre los que tienen pezuña hendida: camello, liebre y conejo; porque rumian, mas no tienen pezuña hendida, serán inmundos; | 7 Diese Tiere aber sollt ihr nicht essen unter denen, die wiederkäuen und die gespaltene Klauen haben: das Kamel, den Hasen und den Klippdachs, die wiederkäuen, deren Klauen aber nicht ganz durchgespalten sind; darum sollen sie euch unrein sein. |

And the swine, because it divideth the hoof, yet cheweth not the cud, it is unclean unto you: ye shall not eat of their flesh, nor touch their dead carcase.
| 8 ni cerdo, porque tiene pezuña hendida, mas no rumia; os será inmundo. De la carne de éstos no comeréis, ni tocaréis sus cuerpos muertos. | 8 Das Schwein, das zwar durchgespaltene Klauen hat, aber nicht wiederkäut, soll euch darum unrein sein. Ihr Fleisch sollt ihr nicht essen, und ihr Aas sollt ihr nicht anrühren. |

These ye shall eat of all that are in the waters: all that have fins and scales shall ye eat:
| 9 De todo lo que está en el agua, de estos podréis comer: todo lo que tiene aleta y escama. | 9 Dies ist, was ihr essen dürft von allem, was im Wasser lebt: alles, was Flossen und Schuppen hat, dürft ihr essen. |

And whatsoever hath not fins and scales ye may not eat; it is unclean unto you.

Of all clean birds ye shall eat.

And every creeping thing that flieth is unclean unto you: they shall not be eaten.
| 19 Todo insecto alado será inmundo; no se comerá. | 19 Auch alles, was Flügel hat und kriecht, soll euch unrein sein, und ihr sollt es nicht essen. |

But of all clean fowls ye may eat.

Ye shall not eat of any thing that dieth of itself: thou shalt give it unto the stranger that is in thy gates, that he may eat it; or thou mayest sell it unto an alien: for thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God. Thou shalt not seethe a kid in his mother's milk.
| 21 Ninguna cosa mortecina comeréis; al extranjero que está en tus poblaciones la darás, y él podrá comerla; o véndela a un extranjero, porque tú eres pueblo santo a Jehová tu Dios. No cocerás el cabrito en la leche de su madre. | 21 Ihr sollt kein Aas essen; dem Fremdling in deiner Stadt darfst du's geben, daß er's esse oder daß er's verkaufe einem Ausländer; denn du bist ein heiliges Volk dem HERRN, deinem Gott. Du sollst das Böcklein nicht kochen in der Milch seiner Mutter. |

Thou shalt truly tithe all the increase of thy seed, that the field bringeth forth year by year.
| 22 Indefectiblemente diezmarás todo el producto del grano que rindiere tu campo cada año. | 22 Du sollst alle Jahre den Zehnten absondern von allem Ertrag deiner Saat, der aus deinem Acker kommt, |

And thou shalt eat before the LORD thy God, in the place which he shall choose to place his name there, the tithe of thy corn, of thy wine, and of thine oil, and the firstlings of thy herds and of thy flocks; that thou mayest learn to fear the LORD thy God always.
| 23 Y comerás delante de Jehová tu Dios en el lugar que él escogiere para poner allí su nombre, el diezmo de tu grano, de tu vino y de tu aceite, y las primicias de tus manadas y de tus ganados, para que aprendas a temer a Jehová tu Dios todos los días. | 23 und sollst davon essen vor dem HERRN, deinem Gott, an der Stätte, die er erwählt, daß sein Name daselbst wohne, nämlich vom Zehnten deines Getreides, deines Weins, deines Öls und von der Erstgeburt deiner Rinder und deiner Schafe, auf daß du fürchten lernst den HERRN, deinen Gott, dein Leben lang. |

And if the way be too long for thee, so that thou art not able to carry it; or if the place be too far from thee, which the LORD thy God shall choose to set his name there, when the LORD thy God hath blessed thee:
| 24 Y si el camino fuere tan largo que no puedas llevarlo, por estar lejos de ti el lugar que Jehová tu Dios hubiere escogido para poner en él su nombre, cuando Jehová tu Dios te bendijere, | 24 Wenn aber der Weg zu weit ist für dich, daß du's nicht hintragen kannst, weil die Stätte dir zu fern ist, die der HERR, dein Gott, erwählt hat, daß er seinen Namen daselbst wohnen lasse, wenn der HERR, dein Gott, dich gesegnet hat, |

Then shalt thou turn it into money, and bind up the money in thine hand, and shalt go unto the place which the LORD thy God shall choose:
| 25 entonces lo venderás y guardarás el dinero en tu mano, y vendrás al lugar que Jehová tu Dios escogiere; | 25 so mache es zu Geld und nimm das Geld in deine Hand und geh an die Stätte, die der HERR, dein Gott, erwählt hat, |

And thou shalt bestow that money for whatsoever thy soul lusteth after, for oxen, or for sheep, or for wine, or for strong drink, or for whatsoever thy soul desireth: and thou shalt eat there before the LORD thy God, and thou shalt rejoice, thou, and thine household,
| 26 y darás el dinero por todo lo que deseas, por vacas, por ovejas, por vino, por sidra, o por cualquier cosa que tú deseares; y comerás allí delante de Jehová tu Dios, y te alegrarás tú y tu familia. | 26 und gib das Geld für alles, woran dein Herz Lust hat, es sei für Rinder, Schafe, Wein, starkes Getränk oder für alles, was dein Herz wünscht, und iß dort vor dem HERRN, deinem Gott, und sei fröhlich, du und dein Haus |

And the Levite that is within thy gates; thou shalt not forsake him; for he hath no part nor inheritance with thee.
| 27 Y no desampararás al levita que habitare en tus poblaciones; porque no tiene parte ni heredad contigo. | 27 und der Levit, der in deiner Stadt lebt; den sollst du nicht leer ausgehen lassen, denn er hat weder Anteil noch Erbe mit dir. |

At the end of three years thou shalt bring forth all the tithe of thine increase the same year, and shalt lay it up within thy gates:
| 28 Al fin de cada tres años sacarás todo el diezmo de tus productos de aquel año, y lo guardarás en tus ciudades. | 28 Alle drei Jahre sollst du aussondern den ganzen Zehnten vom Ertrag dieses Jahres und sollst ihn hinterlegen in deiner Stadt. |

And the Levite, (because he hath no part nor inheritance with thee,) and the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, which are within thy gates, shall come, and shall eat and be satisfied; that the LORD thy God may bless thee in all the work of thine hand which thou doest.
| 29 Y vendrá el levita, que no tiene parte ni heredad contigo, y el extranjero, el huérfano y la viuda que hubiere en tus poblaciones, y comerán y serán saciados; para que Jehová tu Dios te bendiga en toda obra que tus manos hicieren. | 29 Dann soll kommen der Levit, der weder Anteil noch Erbe mit dir hat, und der Fremdling und die Waise und die Witwe, die in deiner Stadt leben, und sollen essen und sich sättigen, auf daß dich der HERR, dein Gott, segne in allen Werken deiner Hand, die du tust. |
