And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.
| 1 En aquel tiempo se levantará Miguel, el gran príncipe que está de parte de los hijos de tu pueblo; y será tiempo de angustia, cual nunca fue desde que hubo gente hasta entonces; pero en aquel tiempo será libertado tu pueblo, todos los que se hallen escritos en el libro. | 1 Zu jener Zeit wird Michael, der große Engelfürst, der für dein Volk eintritt, sich aufmachen. Denn es wird eine Zeit so großer Trübsal sein, wie sie nie gewesen ist, seitdem es Menschen gibt, bis zu jener Zeit. Aber zu jener Zeit wird dein Volk errettet werden, alle, die im Buch geschrieben stehen. |

And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.
| 2 Y muchos de los que duermen en el polvo de la tierra serán despertados, unos para vida eterna, y otros para vergüenza y confusión perpetua. | 2 Und viele, die unter der Erde schlafen liegen, werden aufwachen, die einen zum ewigen Leben, die andern zu ewiger Schmach und Schande. |

And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.

But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.

Then I Daniel looked, and, behold, there stood other two, the one on this side of the bank of the river, and the other on that side of the bank of the river.

And one said to the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, How long shall it be to the end of these wonders?

And I heard the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand unto heaven, and sware by him that liveth for ever that it shall be for a time, times, and an half; and when he shall have accomplished to scatter the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished.
| 7 Y oí al varón vestido de lino, que estaba sobre las aguas del río, el cual alzó su diestra y su siniestra al cielo, y juró por el que vive por los siglos, que será por tiempo, tiempos, y la mitad de un tiempo. Y cuando se acabe la dispersión del poder del pueblo santo, todas estas cosas serán cumplidas. | 7 Und ich hörte den Mann in leinenen Kleidern, der über den Wassern des Stroms stand. Er hob seine rechte und linke Hand auf gen Himmel und schwor bei dem, der ewiglich lebt, daß es eine Zeit und zwei Zeiten und eine halbe Zeit währen soll; und wenn die Zerstreuung des heiligen Volks ein Ende hat, soll dies alles geschehen. |

And I heard, but I understood not: then said I, O my Lord, what shall be the end of these things?
| 8 Y yo oí, mas no entendí. Y dije: Señor mío, ¿cuál será el fin de estas cosas? | 8 Und ich hörte es, aber ich verstand's nicht und sprach: Mein Herr, was wird das Letzte davon sein? |

And he said, Go thy way, Daniel: for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end.
| 9 El respondió: Anda, Daniel, pues estas palabras están cerradas y selladas hasta el tiempo del fin. | 9 Er aber sprach: Geh hin, Daniel; denn es ist verborgen und versiegelt bis auf die letzte Zeit. |

Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand.
| 10 Muchos serán limpios, y emblanquecidos y purificados; los impíos procederán impíamente, y ninguno de los impíos entenderá, pero los entendidos comprenderán. | 10 Viele werden gereinigt, geläutert und geprüft werden, aber die Gottlosen werden gottlos handeln; alle Gottlosen werden's nicht verstehen, aber die Verständigen werden's verstehen. |

And from the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away, and the abomination that maketh desolate set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days.
| 11 Y desde el tiempo que sea quitado el continuo sacrificio hasta la abominación desoladora, habrá mil doscientos noventa días. | 11 Und von der Zeit an, da das tägliche Opfer abgeschafft und das Greuelbild der Verwüstung aufgestellt wird, sind tausendzweihundertneunzig Tage. |

Blessed is he that waiteth, and cometh to the thousand three hundred and five and thirty days.

But go thou thy way till the end be: for thou shalt rest, and stand in thy lot at the end of the days. | 13 Y tú irás hasta el fin, y reposarás, y te levantarás para recibir tu heredad al fin de los días. | 13 Du aber, Daniel, geh hin, bis das Ende kommt, und ruhe, bis du auferstehst zu deinem Erbteil am Ende der Tage! |
