Hear this word that the LORD hath spoken against you, O children of Israel, against the whole family which I brought up from the land of Egypt, saying,
| 1 Oíd esta palabra que ha hablado Jehová contra vosotros, hijos de Israel, contra toda la familia que hice subir de la tierra de Egipto. | 1 Höret, was der HERR wider euch redet, ihr Israeliten, wider alle Geschlechter, die ich aus Ägyptenland geführt habe: |

You only have I known of all the families of the earth: therefore I will punish you for all your iniquities.
| 2 A vosotros solamente he conocido de todas las familias de la tierra; por tanto, os castigaré por todas vuestras maldades. | 2 Aus allen Geschlechtern auf Erden habe ich allein euch erkannt, darum will ich auch an euch heimsuchen all eure Sünde. |

Can two walk together, except they be agreed?
| 3 ¿Andarán dos juntos, si no estuvieren de acuerdo? | 3 Können etwa zwei miteinander wandern, sie seien denn einig untereinander? |

Will a lion roar in the forest, when he hath no prey? will a young lion cry out of his den, if he have taken nothing?
| 4 ¿Rugirá el león en la selva sin haber presa? ¿Dará el leoncillo su rugido desde su guarida, si no apresare? | 4 Brüllt etwa ein Löwe im Walde, wenn er keinen Raub hat? Schreit etwa ein junger Löwe aus seiner Höhle, er habe denn etwas gefangen? |

Can a bird fall in a snare upon the earth, where no gin is for him? shall one take up a snare from the earth, and have taken nothing at all?
| 5 ¿Caerá el ave en lazo sobre la tierra, sin haber cazador? ¿Se levantará el lazo de la tierra, si no ha atrapado algo? | 5 Fällt etwa ein Vogel zur Erde, wenn kein Fangnetz da ist? Oder springt eine Falle auf von der Erde, sie habe denn etwas gefangen? |

Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
| 6 ¿Se tocará la trompeta en la ciudad, y no se alborotará el pueblo? ¿Habrá algún mal en la ciudad, el cual Jehová no haya hecho? | 6 Bläst man etwa die Posaune in einer Stadt und das Volk entsetzt sich nicht? Ist etwa ein Unglück in der Stadt, das der HERR nicht tut? |

Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.
| 7 Porque no hará nada Jehová el Señor, sin que revele su secreto a sus siervos los profetas. | 7 - Gott der HERR tut nichts, er offenbare denn seinen Ratschluß den Propheten, seinen Knechten. - |

The lion hath roared, who will not fear? the Lord GOD hath spoken, who can but prophesy?
| 8 Si el león ruge, ¿quién no temerá? Si habla Jehová el Señor, ¿quién no profetizará? | 8 Der Löwe brüllt, wer sollte sich nicht fürchten? Gott der HERR redet, wer sollte nicht Prophet werden? |

Publish in the palaces at Ashdod, and in the palaces in the land of Egypt, and say, Assemble yourselves upon the mountains of Samaria, and behold the great tumults in the midst thereof, and the oppressed in the midst thereof.
| 9 Proclamad en los palacios de Asdod, y en los palacios de la tierra de Egipto, y decid: Reuníos sobre los montes de Samaria, y ved las muchas opresiones en medio de ella, y las violencias cometidas en su medio. | 9 Verkündigt in den Palästen von Aschdod und in den Palästen im Lande Ägypten und sprecht: Sammelt euch auf den Bergen um Samaria und sehet, welch ein großes Zetergeschrei und Unrecht darin ist! |

For they know not to do right, saith the LORD, who store up violence and robbery in their palaces.
| 10 No saben hacer lo recto, dice Jehová, atesorando rapiña y despojo en sus palacios. | 10 Sie achten kein Recht, spricht der HERR; sie sammeln Schätze von Frevel und Raub in ihren Palästen. |

Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; An adversary there shall be even round about the land; and he shall bring down thy strength from thee, and thy palaces shall be spoiled.
| 11 Por tanto, Jehová el Señor ha dicho así: Un enemigo vendrá por todos lados de la tierra, y derribará tu fortaleza, y tus palacios serán saqueados. | 11 Darum spricht Gott der HERR: Man wird dies Land ringsumher bedrängen und dich von deiner Macht herunterreißen und deine Häuser plündern. |

Thus saith the LORD; As the shepherd taketh out of the mouth of the lion two legs, or a piece of an ear; so shall the children of Israel be taken out that dwell in Samaria in the corner of a bed, and in Damascus in a couch.
| 12 Así ha dicho Jehová: De la manera que el pastor libra de la boca del león dos piernas, o la punta de una oreja, así escaparán los hijos de Israel que moran en Samaria en el rincón de una cama, y al lado de un lecho. | 12 So spricht der HERR: Gleichwie ein Hirte dem Löwen zwei Beine oder ein Ohrläppchen aus dem Maul reißt, so sollen die Israeliten herausgerissen werden, die zu Samaria sitzen in der Ecke des Ruhebettes und auf dem Lager von Damast. |

Hear ye, and testify in the house of Jacob, saith the Lord GOD, the God of hosts,
| 13 Oíd y testificad contra la casa de Jacob, | 13 Hört und bezeugt es dem Hause Jakob, spricht Gott der HERR, der Gott Zebaoth: |

That in the day that I shall visit the transgressions of Israel upon him I will also visit the altars of Bethel: and the horns of the altar shall be cut off, and fall to the ground.
| 14 Que el día que castigue las rebeliones de Israel, castigaré también los altares de Bet-el; y serán cortados los cuernos del altar, y caerán a tierra. | 14 Zur Zeit, da ich die Sünden Israels heimsuchen werde, will ich die Altäre in Bethel heimsuchen und die Hörner des Altars abbrechen, daß sie zu Boden fallen sollen, |

And I will smite the winter house with the summer house; and the houses of ivory shall perish, and the great houses shall have an end, saith the LORD. | 15 Y heriré la casa de invierno con la casa de verano, y las casas de marfil perecerán; y muchas casas serán arruinadas, dice Jehová. | 15 und will Winterhaus und Sommerhaus zerschlagen, und die elfenbeingeschmückten Häuser sollen zugrunde gehen und viele Häuser vernichtet werden, spricht der HERR. |
