And it came to pass, when the king sat in his house, and the LORD had given him rest round about from all his enemies;
| 1 Aconteció que cuando ya el rey habitaba en su casa, después que Jehová le había dado reposo de todos sus enemigos en derredor, | 1 Als nun der König in seinem Hause saß und der HERR ihm Ruhe gegeben hatte vor allen seinen Feinden umher, |

That the king said unto Nathan the prophet, See now, I dwell in an house of cedar, but the ark of God dwelleth within curtains.
| 2 dijo el rey al profeta Natán: Mira ahora, yo habito en casa de cedro, y el arca de Dios está entre cortinas. | 2 sprach er zu dem Propheten Nathan: Sieh doch, ich wohne in einem Zedernhause, und die Lade Gottes wohnt unter Zeltdecken. |

And Nathan said to the king, Go, do all that is in thine heart; for the LORD is with thee.
| 3 Y Natán dijo al rey: Anda, y haz todo lo que está en tu corazón, porque Jehová está contigo. | 3 Nathan sprach zu dem König: Wohlan, alles, was in deinem Herzen ist, das tu, denn der HERR ist mit dir. |

And it came to pass that night, that the word of the LORD came unto Nathan, saying,
| 4 Aconteció aquella noche, que vino palabra de Jehová a Natán, | 4 In der Nacht aber kam das Wort des HERRN zu Nathan: |

Go and tell my servant David, Thus saith the LORD, Shalt thou build me an house for me to dwell in?
| 5 Ve y di a mi siervo David: Así ha dicho Jehová: żTú me has de edificar casa en que yo more? | 5 Geh hin und sage zu meinem Knecht David: So spricht der HERR: Solltest du mir ein Haus bauen, daß ich darin wohne? |

Whereas I have not dwelt in any house since the time that I brought up the children of Israel out of Egypt, even to this day, but have walked in a tent and in a tabernacle.
| 6 Ciertamente no he habitado en casas desde el día en que saqué a los hijos de Israel de Egipto hasta hoy, sino que he andado en tienda y en tabernáculo. | 6 Habe ich doch in keinem Hause gewohnt seit dem Tag, da ich die Israeliten aus Ägypten führte, bis auf diesen Tag, sondern ich bin umhergezogen in einem Zelt als Wohnung. |

In all the places wherein I have walked with all the children of Israel spake I a word with any of the tribes of Israel, whom I commanded to feed my people Israel, saying, Why build ye not me an house of cedar?
| 7 Y en todo cuanto he andado con todos los hijos de Israel, żhe hablado yo palabra a alguna de las tribus de Israel, a quien haya mandado apacentar a mi pueblo de Israel, diciendo: żPor qué no me habéis edificado casa de cedro? | 7 Habe ich die ganze Zeit, als ich mit den Israeliten umherzog, je geredet zu einem der Richter Israels, denen ich befohlen hatte, mein Volk Israel zu weiden, und gesagt: Warum baut ihr mir nicht ein Zedernhaus? |

Now therefore so shalt thou say unto my servant David, Thus saith the LORD of hosts, I took thee from the sheepcote, from following the sheep, to be ruler over my people, over Israel:
| 8 Ahora, pues, dirás así a mi siervo David: Así ha dicho Jehová de los ejércitos: Yo te tomé del redil, de detrás de las ovejas, para que fueses príncipe sobre mi pueblo, sobre Israel; | 8 Darum sollst du nun so zu meinem Knechte David sagen: So spricht der HERR Zebaoth: Ich habe dich genommen von den Schafhürden, damit du Fürst über mein Volk Israel sein sollst, |

And I was with thee whithersoever thou wentest, and have cut off all thine enemies out of thy sight, and have made thee a great name, like unto the name of the great men that are in the earth.
| 9 y he estado contigo en todo cuanto has andado, y delante de ti he destruido a todos tus enemigos, y te he dado nombre grande, como el nombre de los grandes que hay en la tierra. | 9 und bin mit dir gewesen, wo du hingegangen bist, und habe alle deine Feinde vor dir ausgerottet; und ich will dir einen großen Namen machen gleich dem Namen der Großen auf Erden. |

Moreover I will appoint a place for my people Israel, and will plant them, that they may dwell in a place of their own, and move no more; neither shall the children of wickedness afflict them any more, as beforetime,
| 10 Además, yo fijaré lugar a mi pueblo Israel y lo plantaré, para que habite en su lugar y nunca más sea removido, ni los inicuos le aflijan más, como al principio, | 10 Und ich will meinem Volk Israel eine Stätte geben und will es pflanzen, daß es dort wohne und sich nicht mehr ängstigen müsse und die Kinder der Bosheit es nicht mehr bedrängen. Und wie vormals, |

And as since the time that I commanded judges to be over my people Israel, and have caused thee to rest from all thine enemies. Also the LORD telleth thee that he will make thee an house.
| 11 desde el día en que puse jueces sobre mi pueblo Israel; y a ti te daré descanso de todos tus enemigos. Asimismo Jehová te hace saber que él te hará casa. | 11 seit der Zeit, da ich Richter über mein Volk Israel bestellt habe, will ich dir Ruhe geben vor allen deinen Feinden. Und der HERR verkündigt dir, daß der HERR dir ein Haus bauen will. |

And when thy days be fulfilled, and thou shalt sleep with thy fathers, I will set up thy seed after thee, which shall proceed out of thy bowels, and I will establish his kingdom.
| 12 Y cuando tus días sean cumplidos, y duermas con tus padres, yo levantaré después de ti a uno de tu linaje, el cual procederá de tus entrańas, y afirmaré su reino. | 12 Wenn nun deine Zeit um ist und du dich zu deinen Vätern schlafen legst, will ich dir einen Nachkommen erwecken, der von deinem Leibe kommen wird; dem will ich sein Königtum bestätigen. |

He shall build an house for my name, and I will stablish the throne of his kingdom for ever.
| 13 El edificará casa a mi nombre, y yo afirmaré para siempre el trono de su reino. | 13 Der soll meinem Namen ein Haus bauen, und ich will seinen Königsthron bestätigen ewiglich. |

I will be his father, and he shall be my son. If he commit iniquity, I will chasten him with the rod of men, and with the stripes of the children of men:
| 14 Yo le seré a él padre, y él me será a mí hijo. Y si él hiciere mal, yo le castigaré con vara de hombres, y con azotes de hijos de hombres; | 14 Ich will sein Vater sein, und er soll mein Sohn sein. Wenn er sündigt, will ich ihn mit Menschenruten und mit menschlichen Schlägen strafen; |

But my mercy shall not depart away from him, as I took it from Saul, whom I put away before thee.
| 15 pero mi misericordia no se apartará de él como la aparté de Saúl, al cual quité de delante de ti. | 15 aber meine Gnade soll nicht von ihm weichen, wie ich sie habe weichen lassen von Saul, den ich vor dir weggenommen habe. |

And thine house and thy kingdom shall be established for ever before thee: thy throne shall be established for ever.
| 16 Y será afirmada tu casa y tu reino para siempre delante de tu rostro, y tu trono será estable eternamente. | 16 Aber dein Haus und dein Königtum sollen beständig sein in Ewigkeit vor mir, und dein Thron soll ewiglich bestehen. |

According to all these words, and according to all this vision, so did Nathan speak unto David.
| 17 Conforme a todas estas palabras, y conforme a toda esta visión, así habló Natán a David. | 17 Als Nathan alle diese Worte und dies Gesicht David gesagt hatte, |

Then went king David in, and sat before the LORD, and he said, Who am I, O Lord GOD? and what is my house, that thou hast brought me hitherto?
| 18 Y entró el rey David y se puso delante de Jehová, y dijo: Seńor Jehová, żquién soy yo, y qué es mi casa, para que tú me hayas traído hasta aquí? | 18 kam der König David und setzte sich vor dem HERRN nieder und sprach: Wer bin ich, Herr HERR, und was ist mein Haus, daß du mich bis hierher gebracht hast? |

And this was yet a small thing in thy sight, O Lord GOD; but thou hast spoken also of thy servant's house for a great while to come. And is this the manner of man, O Lord GOD?
| 19 Y aun te ha parecido poco esto, Seńor Jehová, pues también has hablado de la casa de tu siervo en lo por venir. żEs así como procede el hombre, Seńor Jehová? | 19 Aber nun hast du das noch für zu wenig gehalten, Herr HERR, und hast dem Hause deines Knechtes sogar für die ferne Zukunft Zusagen gegeben, und das nach Menschenweise, Herr HERR! |

And what can David say more unto thee? for thou, Lord GOD, knowest thy servant.
| 20 żY qué más puede ańadir David hablando contigo? Pues tú conoces a tu siervo, Seńor Jehová. | 20 Und was soll David noch mehr reden mit dir? Du kennst ja deinen Knecht, Herr HERR! |

For thy word's sake, and according to thine own heart, hast thou done all these great things, to make thy servant know them.
| 21 Todas estas grandezas has hecho por tu palabra y conforme a tu corazón, haciéndolas saber a tu siervo. | 21 Um deines Wortes willen und nach deinem Herzen hast du alle diese großen Dinge getan, um sie deinem Knecht kundzutun. |

Wherefore thou art great, O LORD God: for there is none like thee, neither is there any God beside thee, according to all that we have heard with our ears.
| 22 Por tanto, tú te has engrandecido, Jehová Dios; por cuanto no hay como tú, ni hay Dios fuera de ti, conforme a todo lo que hemos oído con nuestros oídos. | 22 Darum bist du groß, Herr HERR! Denn es ist keiner wie du, und ist kein Gott außer dir nach allem, was wir mit unsern Ohren gehört haben. |

And what one nation in the earth is like thy people, even like Israel, whom God went to redeem for a people to himself, and to make him a name, and to do for you great things and terrible, for thy land, before thy people, which thou redeemedst to thee from Egypt, from the nations and their gods?
| 23 żY quién como tu pueblo, como Israel, nación singular en la tierra? Porque fue Dios para rescatarlo por pueblo suyo, y para ponerle nombre, y para hacer grandezas a su favor, y obras terribles a tu tierra, por amor de tu pueblo que rescataste para ti de Egipto, de las naciones y de sus dioses. | 23 Und wo ist ein Volk auf Erden wie dein Volk Israel, um dessentwillen Gott hingegangen ist, es zu erlösen, daß es sein Volk sei, und ihm einen Namen zu machen und so große und furchtbare Dinge zu tun, damit du Völker und ihre Götter vertriebest vor deinem Volk, das du dir aus Ägypten erlöst hast? |

For thou hast confirmed to thyself thy people Israel to be a people unto thee for ever: and thou, LORD, art become their God.
| 24 Porque tú estableciste a tu pueblo Israel por pueblo tuyo para siempre; y tú, oh Jehová, fuiste a ellos por Dios. | 24 Und du hast dir dein Volk Israel zubereitet, dir zum Volk für ewig, und du, HERR, bist ihr Gott geworden. |

And now, O LORD God, the word that thou hast spoken concerning thy servant, and concerning his house, establish it for ever, and do as thou hast said.
| 25 Ahora pues, Jehová Dios, confirma para siempre la palabra que has hablado sobre tu siervo y sobre su casa, y haz conforme a lo que has dicho. | 25 So bekräftige nun, HERR, Gott, das Wort in Ewigkeit, das du über deinen Knecht und über sein Haus geredet hast, und tu, wie du geredet hast! |

And let thy name be magnified for ever, saying, The LORD of hosts is the God over Israel: and let the house of thy servant David be established before thee.
| 26 Que sea engrandecido tu nombre para siempre, y se diga: Jehová de los ejércitos es Dios sobre Israel; y que la casa de tu siervo David sea firme delante de ti. | 26 So wird dein Name groß werden in Ewigkeit, daß man sagen wird: Der HERR Zebaoth ist Gott über Israel, und das Haus deines Knechtes David wird bestehen vor dir. |

For thou, O LORD of hosts, God of Israel, hast revealed to thy servant, saying, I will build thee an house: therefore hath thy servant found in his heart to pray this prayer unto thee.
| 27 Porque tú, Jehová de los ejércitos, Dios de Israel, revelaste al oído de tu siervo, diciendo: Yo te edificaré casa. Por esto tu siervo ha hallado en su corazón valor para hacer delante de ti esta súplica. | 27 Denn du, HERR Zebaoth, du Gott Israels, hast das Ohr deines Knechts geöffnet und gesagt: Ich will dir ein Haus bauen. Darum hat dein Knecht sich ein Herz gefaßt, daß er dies Gebet zu dir gebetet hat. |

And now, O Lord GOD, thou art that God, and thy words be true, and thou hast promised this goodness unto thy servant:
| 28 Ahora pues, Jehová Dios, tú eres Dios, y tus palabras son verdad, y tú has prometido este bien a tu siervo. | 28 Nun, Herr HERR, du bist Gott, und deine Worte sind Wahrheit. Du hast all dies Gute deinem Knecht zugesagt. |

Therefore now let it please thee to bless the house of thy servant, that it may continue for ever before thee: for thou, O Lord GOD, hast spoken it: and with thy blessing let the house of thy servant be blessed for ever. | 29 Ten ahora a bien bendecir la casa de tu siervo, para que permanezca perpetuamente delante de ti, porque tú, Jehová Dios, lo has dicho, y con tu bendición será bendita la casa de tu siervo para siempre. | 29 So fange nun an, zu segnen das Haus deines Knechts, damit es ewiglich vor dir sei; denn du, Herr HERR, hast's geredet, und mit deinem Segen wird deines Knechtes Haus gesegnet sein ewiglich. |
