Again, David gathered together all the chosen men of Israel, thirty thousand.

And David arose, and went with all the people that were with him from Baale of Judah, to bring up from thence the ark of God, whose name is called by the name of the LORD of hosts that dwelleth between the cherubims.
| 2 Y se levantó David y partió de Baala de Judá con todo el pueblo que tenía consigo, para hacer pasar de allí el arca de Dios, sobre la cual era invocado el nombre de Jehová de los ejércitos, que mora entre los querubines. | 2 und machte sich auf und zog mit dem ganzen Volk, das bei ihm war, nach Baala in Juda, um die Lade Gottes von dort heraufzuholen; diese ist genannt nach dem Namen des HERRN Zebaoth, der über den Cherubim thront. |

And they set the ark of God upon a new cart, and brought it out of the house of Abinadab that was in Gibeah: and Uzzah and Ahio, the sons of Abinadab, drave the new cart.
| 3 Pusieron el arca de Dios sobre un carro nuevo, y la llevaron de la casa de Abinadab, que estaba en el collado; y Uza y Ahío, hijos de Abinadab, guiaban el carro nuevo. | 3 Und sie setzten die Lade Gottes auf einen neuen Wagen und holten sie aus dem Hause Abinadabs, der auf dem Hügel wohnte. And they brought it out of the house of Abinadab which was at Gibeah, accompanying the ark of God: and Ahio went before the ark.

And David and all the house of Israel played before the LORD on all manner of instruments made of fir wood, even on harps, and on psalteries, and on timbrels, and on cornets, and on cymbals.
| 5 Y David y toda la casa de Israel danzaban delante de Jehová con toda clase de instrumentos de madera de haya; con arpas, salterios, panderos, flautas y címbalos. | 5 tanzten David und ganz Israel vor dem HERRN her mit aller Macht im Reigen, mit Liedern, mit Harfen und Psaltern und Pauken und Schellen und Zimbeln. |

And when they came to Nachon's threshingfloor, Uzzah put forth his hand to the ark of God, and took hold of it; for the oxen shook it.
| 6 Cuando llegaron a la era de Nacón, Uza extendió su mano al arca de Dios, y la sostuvo; porque los bueyes tropezaban. | 6 Und als sie zur Tenne Nachons kamen, griff Usa zu und hielt die Lade Gottes fest, denn die Rinder glitten aus. |

And the anger of the LORD was kindled against Uzzah; and God smote him there for his error; and there he died by the ark of God.
| 7 Y el furor de Jehová se encendió contra Uza, y lo hirió allí Dios por aquella temeridad, y cayó allí muerto junto al arca de Dios. | 7 Da entbrannte des HERRN Zorn über Usa, und Gott schlug ihn dort, weil er seine Hand nach der Lade ausgestreckt hatte, so daß er dort starb bei der Lade Gottes. |

And David was displeased, because the LORD had made a breach upon Uzzah: and he called the name of the place Perez-uzzah to this day.
| 8 Y se entristeció David por haber herido Jehová a Uza, y fue llamado aquel lugar Pérez-uza, hasta hoy. | 8 Da ergrimmte David, daß der HERR den Usa so wegriß, und man nannte die Stätte "Perez-Usa"* bis auf diesen Tag. *d. . "Wegreißen Usas". |

And David was afraid of the LORD that day, and said, How shall the ark of the LORD come to me?
| 9 Y temiendo David a Jehová aquel día, dijo: żCómo ha de venir a mí el arca de Jehová? | 9 Und David fürchtete sich vor dem HERRN an diesem Tage und sprach: Wie soll die Lade des HERRN zu mir kommen? |

So David would not remove the ark of the LORD unto him into the city of David: but David carried it aside into the house of Obed-edom the Gittite.
| 10 De modo que David no quiso traer para sí el arca de Jehová a la ciudad de David; y la hizo llevar David a casa de Obed-edom geteo. | 10 Und er wollte sie nicht zu sich bringen lassen in die Stadt Davids, sondern ließ sie bringen ins Haus Obed-Edoms, des Gatiters. |

And the ark of the LORD continued in the house of Obed-edom the Gittite three months: and the LORD blessed Obed-edom, and all his household.
| 11 Y estuvo el arca de Jehová en casa de Obed-edom geteo tres meses; y bendijo Jehová a Obed-edom y a toda su casa. | 11 So blieb die Lade des HERRN drei Monate im Hause Obed-Edoms, des Gatiters, und der HERR segnete ihn und sein ganzes Haus. |

And it was told king David, saying, The LORD hath blessed the house of Obed-edom, and all that pertaineth unto him, because of the ark of God. So David went and brought up the ark of God from the house of Obed-edom into the city of David with gladness.
| 12 Fue dado aviso al rey David, diciendo: Jehová ha bendecido la casa de Obed-edom y todo lo que tiene, a causa del arca de Dios. Entonces David fue, y llevó con alegría el arca de Dios de casa de Obed-edom a la ciudad de David. | 12 Und es wurde dem König David angesagt, daß der HERR das Haus Obed- Edoms segnete und alles, was er hatte, um der Lade Gottes willen. Da ging er hin und holte die Lade Gottes aus dem Hause Obed-Edoms herauf in die Stadt Davids mit Freuden. |

And it was so, that when they that bare the ark of the LORD had gone six paces, he sacrificed oxen and fatlings.
| 13 Y cuando los que llevaban el arca de Dios habían andado seis pasos, él sacrificó un buey y un carnero engordado. | 13 Und als die Träger mit der Lade des HERRN sechs Schritte gegangen waren, opferte man einen Stier und ein fettes Kalb. |

And David danced before the LORD with all his might; and David was girded with a linen ephod.
| 14 Y David danzaba con toda su fuerza delante de Jehová; y estaba David vestido con un efod de lino. | 14 Und David tanzte mit aller Macht vor dem HERRN her und war umgürtet mit einem leinenen Priesterschurz. |

So David and all the house of Israel brought up the ark of the LORD with shouting, and with the sound of the trumpet.
| 15 Así David y toda la casa de Israel conducían el arca de Jehová con júbilo y sonido de trompeta. | 15 Und David mit dem ganzen Hause Israel führte die Lade des HERRN herauf mit Jauchzen und Posaunenschall. |

And as the ark of the LORD came into the city of David, Michal Saul's daughter looked through a window, and saw king David leaping and dancing before the LORD; and she despised him in her heart.
| 16 Cuando el arca de Jehová llegó a la ciudad de David, aconteció que Mical hija de Saúl miró desde una ventana, y vio al rey David que saltaba y danzaba delante de Jehová; y le menospreció en su corazón. | 16 Und als die Lade des HERRN in die Stadt Davids kam, guckte Michal, die Tochter Sauls, durchs Fenster und sah den König David springen und tanzen vor dem HERRN und verachtete ihn in ihrem Herzen. |

And they brought in the ark of the LORD, and set it in his place, in the midst of the tabernacle that David had pitched for it: and David offered burnt offerings and peace offerings before the LORD.
| 17 Metieron, pues, el arca de Jehová, y la pusieron en su lugar en medio de una tienda que David le había levantado; y sacrificó David holocaustos y ofrendas de paz delante de Jehová. | 17 Als sie die Lade des HERRN hineinbrachten, stellten sie sie an ihren Platz mitten in dem Zelt, das David für sie aufgeschlagen hatte. And as soon as David had made an end of offering burnt offerings and peace offerings, he blessed the people in the name of the LORD of hosts.
| 18 Y cuando David había acabado de ofrecer los holocaustos y ofrendas de paz, bendijo al pueblo en el nombre de Jehová de los ejércitos. | 18 Und als David die Brandopfer und Dankopfer beendet hatte, segnete er das Volk in dem Namen des HERRN Zebaoth, |

And he dealt among all the people, even among the whole multitude of Israel, as well to the women as men, to every one a cake of bread, and a good piece of flesh, and a flagon of wine. So all the people departed every one to his house.
| 19 Y repartió a todo el pueblo, y a toda la multitud de Israel, así a hombres como a mujeres, a cada uno un pan, y un pedazo de carne y una torta de pasas. Y se fue todo el pueblo, cada uno a su casa. | 19 und er ließ austeilen allem Volk, der ganzen Menge Israels, Mann und Frau, einem jeden einen Brotkuchen, ein Stück Fleisch und einen Rosinenkuchen. Danach kehrte alles Volk heim, ein jeder in sein Haus. |

Then David returned to bless his household. And Michal the daughter of Saul came out to meet David, and said, How glorious was the king of Israel to day, who uncovered himself to day in the eyes of the handmaids of his servants, as one of the vain fellows shamelessly uncovereth himself!
| 20 Volvió luego David para bendecir su casa; y saliendo Mical a recibir a David, dijo: ˇCuán honrado ha quedado hoy el rey de Israel, descubriéndose hoy delante de las criadas de sus siervos, como se descubre sin decoro un cualquiera! | 20 Als aber David heimkam, seinem Haus den Segensgruß zu bringen, ging Michal, die Tochter Sauls, heraus ihm entgegen und sprach: Wie herrlich ist heute der König von Israel gewesen, als er sich vor den Mägden seiner Männer entblößt hat, wie sich die losen Leute entblößen! |

And David said unto Michal, It was before the LORD, which chose me before thy father, and before all his house, to appoint me ruler over the people of the LORD, over Israel: therefore will I play before the LORD.
| 21 Entonces David respondió a Mical: Fue delante de Jehová, quien me eligió en preferencia a tu padre y a toda tu casa, para constituirme por príncipe sobre el pueblo de Jehová, sobre Israel. Por tanto, danzaré delante de Jehová. | 21 David aber sprach zu Michal: Ich will vor dem HERRN tanzen, der mich erwählt hat vor deinem Vater und vor seinem ganzen Hause, um mich zum Fürsten zu bestellen über das Volk des HERRN, über Israel, |

And I will yet be more vile than thus, and will be base in mine own sight: and of the maidservants which thou hast spoken of, of them shall I be had in honour.
| 22 Y aun me haré más vil que esta vez, y seré bajo a tus ojos; pero seré honrado delante de las criadas de quienes has hablado. | 22 und ich will noch geringer werden als jetzt und will niedrig sein in meinen Augen; aber bei den Mägden, von denen du geredet hast, will ich zu Ehren kommen. |

Therefore Michal the daughter of Saul had no child unto the day of her death. | 23 Y Mical hija de Saúl nunca tuvo hijos hasta el día de su muerte. | 23 Aber Michal, Sauls Tochter, hatte kein Kind bis an den Tag ihres Todes. |
