And Elisha the prophet called one of the children of the prophets, and said unto him, Gird up thy loins, and take this box of oil in thine hand, and go to Ramoth-gilead:
| 1 Entonces el profeta Eliseo llamó a uno de los hijos de los profetas, y le dijo: Ciñe tus lomos, y toma esta redoma de aceite en tu mano, y ve a Ramot de Galaad. | 1 Aber der Prophet Elisa rief einen der Prophetenjünger und sprach zu ihm: Gürte deine Lenden und nimm diesen Krug mit Öl mit dir und geh hin nach Ramot in Gilead. |

And when thou comest thither, look out there Jehu the son of Jehoshaphat the son of Nimshi, and go in, and make him arise up from among his brethren, and carry him to an inner chamber;
| 2 Cuando llegues allá, verás allí a Jehú hijo de Josafat hijo de Nimsi; y entrando, haz que se levante de entre sus hermanos, y llévalo a la cámara. | 2 Und wenn du dahin kommst, wirst du dort Jehu sehen, den Sohn Joschafats, des Sohnes Nimschis. Und geh hinein und laß ihn aufstehen unter seinen Gefährten und führe ihn in die innerste Kammer |

Then take the box of oil, and pour it on his head, and say, Thus saith the LORD, I have anointed thee king over Israel. Then open the door, and flee, and tarry not.
| 3 Toma luego la redoma de aceite, y derrámala sobre su cabeza y di: Así dijo Jehová: Yo te he ungido por rey sobre Israel. Y abriendo la puerta, echa a huir, y no esperes. | 3 und nimm den Krug mit Öl und gieß es auf sein Haupt und sprich: So sagt der HERR: Ich habe dich zum König über Israel gesalbt! - und dann sollst du die Tür auftun und fliehen und nicht zögern. |

So the young man, even the young man the prophet, went to Ramoth-gilead.
| 4 Fue, pues, el joven, el profeta, a Ramot de Galaad. | 4 Und der Prophetenjünger ging hin nach Ramot in Gilead. |

And when he came, behold, the captains of the host were sitting; and he said, I have an errand to thee, O captain. And Jehu said, Unto which of all us? And he said, To thee, O captain.
| 5 Cuando él entró, he aquí los príncipes del ejército que estaban sentados. Y él dijo: Príncipe, una palabra tengo que decirte. Jehú dijo: ¿A cuál de todos nosotros? Y él dijo: A ti, príncipe. | 5 Und als er hinkam, siehe, da saßen die Hauptleute des Heeres beisammen. Und er sprach: Ich habe dir, Hauptmann, etwas zu sagen. Jehu sprach: Wem von uns allen? And he arose, and went into the house; and he poured the oil on his head, and said unto him, Thus saith the LORD God of Israel, I have anointed thee king over the people of the LORD, even over Israel.
| 6 Y él se levantó, y entró en casa; y el otro derramó el aceite sobre su cabeza, y le dijo: Así dijo Jehová Dios de Israel: Yo te he ungido por rey sobre Israel, pueblo de Jehová. | 6 Da stand er auf und ging hinein. Er aber goß das Öl auf sein Haupt und sagte zu ihm: So spricht der HERR, der Gott Israels: Ich habe dich zum König gesalbt über Israel, das Volk des HERRN. |

And thou shalt smite the house of Ahab thy master, that I may avenge the blood of my servants the prophets, and the blood of all the servants of the LORD, at the hand of Jezebel.
| 7 Herirás la casa de Acab tu señor, para que yo vengue la sangre de mis siervos los profetas, y la sangre de todos los siervos de Jehová, de la mano de Jezabel. | 7 Und du sollst das Haus Ahabs, deines Herrn, schlagen, daß ich das Blut meiner Knechte, der Propheten, und das Blut aller Knechte des HERRN räche, das die Hand Isebels vergossen hat, |

For the whole house of Ahab shall perish: and I will cut off from Ahab him that pisseth against the wall, and him that is shut up and left in Israel:
| 8 Y perecerá toda la casa de Acab, y destruiré de Acab todo varón, así al siervo como al libre en Israel. | 8 so daß das ganze Haus Ahab umkomme. Und ich will von Ahab ausrotten, was männlich ist, bis auf den letzten Mann in Israel, |

And I will make the house of Ahab like the house of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, and like the house of Baasha the son of Ahijah:
| 9 Y yo pondré la casa de Acab como la casa de Jeroboam hijo de Nabat, y como la casa de Baasa hijo de Ahías. | 9 und will das Haus Ahab machen wie das Haus Jerobeams, des Sohnes Nebats, und wie das Haus Baschas, des Sohnes Ahijas. |

And the dogs shall eat Jezebel in the portion of Jezreel, and there shall be none to bury her. And he opened the door, and fled.
| 10 Y a Jezabel la comerán los perros en el campo de Jezreel, y no habrá quien la sepulte. En seguida abrió la puerta, y echó a huir. | 10 Und die Hunde sollen Isebel fressen auf dem Acker in Jesreel, und niemand soll sie begraben. Und er tat die Tür auf und floh. |

Then Jehu came forth to the servants of his lord: and one said unto him, Is all well? wherefore came this mad fellow to thee? And he said unto them, Ye know the man, and his communication.
| 11 Después salió Jehú a los siervos de su señor, y le dijeron: ¿Hay paz? ¿Para qué vino a ti aquel loco? Y él les dijo: Vosotros conocéis al hombre y sus palabras. | 11 Und als Jehu herausging zu den Leuten seines Herrn, sprach man zu ihm: Steht es gut? Warum ist dieser Rasende zu dir gekommen? Er sprach zu ihnen: Ihr kennt doch den Mann und sein Geschwätz. |

And they said, It is false; tell us now. And he said, Thus and thus spake he to me, saying, Thus saith the LORD, I have anointed thee king over Israel.
| 12 Ellos dijeron: Mentira; decláranoslo ahora. Y él dijo: Así y así me habló, diciendo: Así ha dicho Jehová: Yo te he ungido por rey sobre Israel. | 12 Sie sprachen: Das ist nicht wahr; sage es uns an! Er sprach: So und so hat er mit mir geredet und gesagt: So spricht der HERR: Ich habe dich zum König über Israel gesalbt. |

Then they hasted, and took every man his garment, and put it under him on the top of the stairs, and blew with trumpets, saying, Jehu is king.
| 13 Entonces cada uno tomó apresuradamente su manto, y lo puso debajo de Jehú en un trono alto, y tocaron corneta, y dijeron: Jehú es rey. | 13 Da nahm jeder eilends sein Kleid und legte es vor ihn hin auf die hohen Stufen, und sie bliesen die Posaune und riefen: Jehu ist König geworden! |

So Jehu the son of Jehoshaphat the son of Nimshi conspired against Joram. (Now Joram had kept Ramoth-gilead, he and all Israel, because of Hazael king of Syria.
| 14 Así conspiró Jehú hijo de Josafat, hijo de Nimsi, contra Joram. (Estaba entonces Joram guardando a Ramot de Galaad con todo Israel, por causa de Hazael rey de Siria; | 14 So machte Jehu, der Sohn Joschafats, des Sohnes Nimschis, gegen Joram eine Verschwörung. Joram aber hatte mit ganz Israel vor Ramot in Gilead gelegen wider Hasaël, den König von Aram. |

But king Joram was returned to be healed in Jezreel of the wounds which the Syrians had given him, when he fought with Hazael king of Syria.) And Jehu said, If it be your minds, then let none go forth nor escape out of the city to go to tell it in Jezreel.
| 15 pero se había vuelto el rey Joram a Jezreel, para curarse de las heridas que los sirios le habían hecho, peleando contra Hazael rey de Siria.) Y Jehú dijo: Si es vuestra voluntad, ninguno escape de la ciudad, para ir a dar las nuevas en Jezreel. | 15 Und der König Joram war zurückgekommen, um sich in Jesreel heilen zu lassen von den Wunden, die ihm die Aramäer geschlagen hatten, als er mit Hasaël kämpfte, dem König von Aram. Und Jehu sprach: Wenn ihr wollt, dann soll niemand aus der Stadt entrinnen, daß er hingehen und es in Jesreel ansagen könne. |

So Jehu rode in a chariot, and went to Jezreel; for Joram lay there. And Ahaziah king of Judah was come down to see Joram.
| 16 Entonces Jehú cabalgó y fue a Jezreel, porque Joram estaba allí enfermo. También estaba Ocozías rey de Judá, que había descendido a visitar a Joram. | 16 Und er stieg auf seinen Wagen und fuhr nach Jesreel, denn Joram lag dort. Und Ahasja, der König von Juda, war hinabgezogen, um Joram zu besuchen. |

And there stood a watchman on the tower in Jezreel, and he spied the company of Jehu as he came, and said, I see a company. And Joram said, Take an horseman, and send to meet them, and let him say, Is it peace?
| 17 Y el atalaya que estaba en la torre de Jezreel vio la tropa de Jehú que venía, y dijo: Veo una tropa. Y Joram dijo: Ordena a un jinete que vaya a reconocerlos, y les diga: ¿Hay paz? | 17 Aber der Wächter, der auf dem Turm in Jesreel stand, sah die Staubwolke, als Jehu herankam, und sprach: Ich sehe eine Staubwolke. Da sprach Joram: Nimm einen Reiter, den sende ihnen entgegen und laß ihn fragen: Ist's Friede? |

So there went one on horseback to meet him, and said, Thus saith the king, Is it peace? And Jehu said, What hast thou to do with peace? turn thee behind me. And the watchman told, saying, The messenger came to them, but he cometh not again.
| 18 Fue, pues, el jinete a reconocerlos, y dijo: El rey dice así: ¿Hay paz? Y Jehú le dijo: ¿Qué tienes tú que ver con la paz? Vuélvete conmigo. El atalaya dio luego aviso, diciendo: El mensajero llegó hasta ellos, y no vuelve. | 18 Und der Reiter ritt hin ihm entgegen und sprach: So sagt der König: Ist's Friede? Jehu sprach: Was geht dich der Friede an? Wende um, folge mir! Der Wächter verkündete und sprach: Der Bote ist bei ihnen angekommen und kommt nicht zurück. |

Then he sent out a second on horseback, which came to them, and said, Thus saith the king, Is it peace? And Jehu answered, What hast thou to do with peace? turn thee behind me.
| 19 Entonces envió otro jinete, el cual llegando a ellos, dijo: El rey dice así: ¿Hay paz? Y Jehú respondió: ¿Qué tienes tú que ver con la paz? Vuélvete conmigo. | 19 Da sandte Joram einen zweiten Reiter. Als der zu ihnen kam, sprach er: So spricht der König: Ist's Friede? Jehu sprach: Was geht dich der Friede an? Wende um, folge mir! |

And the watchman told, saying, He came even unto them, and cometh not again: and the driving is like the driving of Jehu the son of Nimshi; for he driveth furiously.
| 20 El atalaya volvió a decir: También éste llegó a ellos y no vuelve; y el marchar del que viene es como el marchar de Jehú hijo de Nimsi, porque viene impetuosamente. | 20 Das verkündete der Wächter und sprach: Er ist bei ihnen angekommen und kommt nicht zurück. Und es ist ein Jagen wie das Jagen Jehus, des Sohnes Nimschis; denn er jagt, wie wenn er unsinnig wäre. |

And Joram said, Make ready. And his chariot was made ready. And Joram king of Israel and Ahaziah king of Judah went out, each in his chariot, and they went out against Jehu, and met him in the portion of Naboth the Jezreelite.
| 21 Entonces Joram dijo: Unce el carro. Y cuando estaba uncido su carro, salieron Joram rey de Israel y Ocozías rey de Judá, cada uno en su carro, y salieron a encontrar a Jehú, al cual hallaron en la heredad de Nabot de Jezreel. | 21 Da sprach Joram: Spannt an! Und man spannte seinen Wagen an. Und sie zogen aus, Joram, der König von Israel, und Ahasja, der König von Juda, jeder auf seinem Wagen, um Jehu entgegenzufahren; und sie trafen ihn auf dem Acker Nabots, des Jesreeliters. |

And it came to pass, when Joram saw Jehu, that he said, Is it peace, Jehu? And he answered, What peace, so long as the whoredoms of thy mother Jezebel and her witchcrafts are so many?
| 22 Cuando vio Joram a Jehú, dijo: ¿Hay paz, Jehú? Y él respondió: ¿Qué paz, con las fornicaciones de Jezabel tu madre, y sus muchas hechicerías? | 22 Und als Joram Jehu sah, sprach er: Jehu, ist's Friede? Er aber sprach: Was, Friede? Deiner Mutter Isebel Abgötterei und ihre viele Zauberei haben noch kein Ende! |

And Joram turned his hands, and fled, and said to Ahaziah, There is treachery, O Ahaziah.
| 23 Entonces Joram volvió las riendas y huyó, y dijo a Ocozías: ¡Traición, Ocozías! | 23 Da wandte Joram um und floh und sprach zu Ahasja: Verräterei, Ahasja! |

And Jehu drew a bow with his full strength, and smote Jehoram between his arms, and the arrow went out at his heart, and he sunk down in his chariot.
| 24 Pero Jehú entesó su arco, e hirió a Joram entre las espaldas; y la saeta salió por su corazón, y él cayó en su carro. | 24 Aber Jehu faßte den Bogen und schoß Joram zwischen die Arme, daß der Pfeil durch sein Herz fuhr und Joram in seinem Wagen zusammenbrach. |

Then said Jehu to Bidkar his captain, Take up, and cast him in the portion of the field of Naboth the Jezreelite: for remember how that, when I and thou rode together after Ahab his father, the LORD laid this burden upon him;
| 25 Dijo luego Jehú a Bidcar su capitán: Tómalo, y échalo a un extremo de la heredad de Nabot de Jezreel. Acuérdate que cuando tú y yo íbamos juntos con la gente de Acab su padre, Jehová pronunció esta sentencia sobre él, | 25 Und Jehu sprach zu seinem Ritter Bidkar: Nimm und wirf ihn auf den Acker Nabots, des Jesreeliters! Denn ich denke daran, wie du mit mir auf einem Wagen seinem Vater Ahab nachfuhrst, als der HERR diese Last auf ihn legte: |

Surely I have seen yesterday the blood of Naboth, and the blood of his sons, saith the LORD; and I will requite thee in this plat, saith the LORD. Now therefore take and cast him into the plat of ground, according to the word of the LORD.
| 26 Que yo he visto ayer la sangre de Nabot, y la sangre de sus hijos, dijo Jehová; y te daré la paga en esta heredad, dijo Jehová. Tómalo pues, ahora, y échalo en la heredad de Nabot, conforme a la palabra de Jehová. | 26 Fürwahr, ich will dir das Blut Nabots und seiner Kinder, das ich gestern gesehen habe, vergelten auf diesem Acker! - So nimm ihn nun und wirf ihn auf den Acker nach dem Wort des HERRN. |

But when Ahaziah the king of Judah saw this, he fled by the way of the garden house. And Jehu followed after him, and said, Smite him also in the chariot. And they did so at the going up to Gur, which is by Ibleam. And he fled to Megiddo, and died there.
| 27 Viendo esto Ocozías rey de Judá, huyó por el camino de la casa del huerto. Y lo siguió Jehú, diciendo: Herid también a éste en el carro. Y le hirieron a la subida de Gur, junto a Ibleam. Y Ocozías huyó a Meguido, pero murió allí. | 27 Als das Ahasja, der König von Juda, sah, floh er auf Bet-Gan zu. Jehu aber jagte ihm nach und ließ auch ihn töten auf dem Wagen, und sie schossen auf ihn auf der Höhe von Gur, die bei Jibleam liegt. Und er floh nach Megiddo und starb dort. |

And his servants carried him in a chariot to Jerusalem, and buried him in his sepulchre with his fathers in the city of David.
| 28 Y sus siervos le llevaron en un carro a Jerusalén, y allá le sepultaron con sus padres, en su sepulcro en la ciudad de David. | 28 Und seine Männer brachten ihn nach Jerusalem und begruben ihn in seinem Grabe bei seinen Vätern in der Stadt Davids. |

And in the eleventh year of Joram the son of Ahab began Ahaziah to reign over Judah.
| 29 En el undécimo año de Joram hijo de Acab, comenzó a reinar Ocozías sobre Judá. | 29 Ahasja aber war König geworden über Juda im elften Jahr Jorams, des Sohnes Ahabs. |

And when Jehu was come to Jezreel, Jezebel heard of it; and she painted her face, and tired her head, and looked out at a window.
| 30 Vino después Jehú a Jezreel; y cuando Jezabel lo oyó, se pintó los ojos con antimonio, y atavió su cabeza, y se asomó a una ventana. | 30 Und als Jehu nach Jesreel kam und Isebel das erfuhr, schminkte sie ihr Angesicht und schmückte ihr Haupt und schaute zum Fenster hinaus. |

And as Jehu entered in at the gate, she said, Had Zimri peace, who slew his master?
| 31 Y cuando entraba Jehú por la puerta, ella dijo: ¿Sucedió bien a Zimri, que mató a su señor? | 31 Und als Jehu unter das Tor kam, sprach sie: Geht's gut, du Simri, der seinen Herrn erschlug? |

And he lifted up his face to the window, and said, Who is on my side? who? And there looked out to him two or three eunuchs.
| 32 Alzando él entonces su rostro hacia la ventana, dijo: ¿Quién está conmigo? ¿quién? Y se inclinaron hacia él dos o tres eunucos. | 32 Und er hob sein Angesicht auf zum Fenster und sprach: Wer hält's hier mit mir? Da sahen zwei oder drei Kämmerer zu ihm heraus. |

And he said, Throw her down. So they threw her down: and some of her blood was sprinkled on the wall, and on the horses: and he trode her under foot.
| 33 Y él les dijo: Echadla abajo. Y ellos la echaron; y parte de su sangre salpicó en la pared, y en los caballos; y él la atropelló. | 33 Er sprach: Stürzt sie hinab! Und sie stürzten Isebel hinab, so daß die Wand und die Rosse mit ihrem Blut besprengt wurden; und sie wurde zertreten. |

And when he was come in, he did eat and drink, and said, Go, see now this cursed woman, and bury her: for she is a king's daughter.
| 34 Entró luego, y después que comió y bebió, dijo: Id ahora a ver a aquella maldita, y sepultadla, pues es hija de rey. | 34 Und als er hineinkam und gegessen und getrunken hatte, sprach er: Seht doch nach der Verfluchten und begrabt sie; denn sie ist eines Königs Tochter! |

And they went to bury her: but they found no more of her than the skull, and the feet, and the palms of her hands.
| 35 Pero cuando fueron para sepultarla, no hallaron de ella más que la calavera, y los pies, y las palmas de las manos. | 35 Als sie aber hingingen, um sie zu begraben, fanden sie nichts von ihr als den Schädel und die Füße und ihre Hände. |

Wherefore they came again, and told him. And he said, This is the word of the LORD, which he spake by his servant Elijah the Tishbite, saying, In the portion of Jezreel shall dogs eat the flesh of Jezebel:

Y él dijo: Esta es la palabra de Dios, la cual él habló por medio de su siervo Elías tisbita, diciendo: En la heredad de Jezreel comerán los perros las carnes de Jezabel, | 36 Und sie kamen zurück und sagten's Jehu an. Er aber sprach: Das ist's, was der HERR geredet hat durch seinen Knecht Elia, den Tischbiter, als er sprach: Auf dem Acker von Jesreel sollen die Hunde das Fleisch Isebels fressen, |

And the carcase of Jezebel shall be as dung upon the face of the field in the portion of Jezreel; so that they shall not say, This is Jezebel. | 37 y el cuerpo de Jezabel será como estiércol sobre la faz de la tierra en la heredad de Jezreel, de manera que nadie pueda decir: Esta es Jezabel. | 37 und der Leichnam Isebels soll wie Mist auf dem Felde sein im Gefilde von Jesreel, daß man nicht sagen könne: Das ist Isebel. |
