Now when Solomon had made an end of praying, the fire came down from heaven, and consumed the burnt offering and the sacrifices; and the glory of the LORD filled the house.
| 1 Cuando Salomón acabó de orar, descendió fuego de los cielos, y consumió el holocausto y las víctimas; y la gloria de Jehová llenó la casa. | 1 Und als Salomo sein Gebet vollendet hatte, fiel Feuer vom Himmel und verzehrte das Brandopfer und die Schlachtopfer, und die Herrlichkeit des HERRN erfüllte das Haus, |

And the priests could not enter into the house of the LORD, because the glory of the LORD had filled the LORD's house.
| 2 Y no podían entrar los sacerdotes en la casa de Jehová, porque la gloria de Jehová había llenado la casa de Jehová. | 2 so daß die Priester nicht ins Haus des HERRN hineingehen konnten, weil des HERRN Herrlichkeit das Haus des HERRN füllte. |

And when all the children of Israel saw how the fire came down, and the glory of the LORD upon the house, they bowed themselves with their faces to the ground upon the pavement, and worshipped, and praised the LORD, saying, For he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever.
| 3 Cuando vieron todos los hijos de Israel descender el fuego y la gloria de Jehová sobre la casa, se postraron sobre sus rostros en el pavimento y adoraron, y alabaron a Jehová, diciendo: Porque él es bueno, y su misericordia es para siempre. | 3 Und alle Israeliten sahen das Feuer herabfallen und die Herrlichkeit des HERRN über dem Hause, und sie fielen auf ihre Knie mit dem Antlitz zur Erde aufs Pflaster und beteten an und dankten dem HERRN, daß er gütig ist und seine Barmherzigkeit ewiglich währt. |

Then the king and all the people offered sacrifices before the LORD.
| 4 Entonces el rey y todo el pueblo sacrificaron víctimas delante de Jehová. | 4 Der König aber und das ganze Volk opferten vor dem HERRN; |

And king Solomon offered a sacrifice of twenty and two thousand oxen, and an hundred and twenty thousand sheep: so the king and all the people dedicated the house of God.
| 5 Y ofreció el rey Salomón en sacrificio veintidós mil bueyes, y ciento veinte mil ovejas; y así dedicaron la casa de Dios el rey y todo el pueblo. | 5 zweiundzwanzigtausend Rinder und hundertzwanzigtausend Schafe opferte der König Salomo. Und so weihten der König und das ganze Volk das Haus Gottes ein. |

And the priests waited on their offices: the Levites also with instruments of musick of the LORD, which David the king had made to praise the LORD, because his mercy endureth for ever, when David praised by their ministry; and the priests sounded trumpets before them, and all Israel stood.
| 6 Y los sacerdotes desempeńaban su ministerio; también los levitas, con los instrumentos de música de Jehová, los cuales había hecho el rey David para alabar a Jehová porque su misericordia es para siempre, cuando David alababa por medio de ellos. Asimismo los sacerdotes tocaban trompetas delante de ellos, y todo Israel estaba en pie. | 6 Die Priester aber übten ihren Dienst aus, und die Leviten standen dabei mit den Saitenspielen des HERRN, die der König David hatte machen lassen, dem HERRN zu danken, daß seine Barmherzigkeit ewiglich währt, mit den Psalmen Davids, die sie sangen. Und die Priester bliesen Trompeten ihnen gegenüber, und ganz Israel stand. |

Moreover Solomon hallowed the middle of the court that was before the house of the LORD: for there he offered burnt offerings, and the fat of the peace offerings, because the brasen altar which Solomon had made was not able to receive the burnt offerings, and the meat offerings, and the fat.
| 7 También Salomón consagró la parte central del atrio que estaba delante de la casa de Jehová, por cuanto había ofrecido allí los holocaustos, y la grosura de las ofrendas de paz; porque en el altar de bronce que Salomón había hecho no podían caber los holocaustos, las ofrendas y las grosuras. | 7 Und Salomo weihte die Mitte des Vorhofes, der vor dem Hause des HERRN war; denn er hatte dort Brandopfer und das Fett der Dankopfer dargebracht. Denn der kupferne Altar, den Salomo hatte machen lassen, konnte nicht alle Brandopfer, Speisopfer und das Fett fassen. |

Also at the same time Solomon kept the feast seven days, and all Israel with him, a very great congregation, from the entering in of Hamath unto the river of Egypt.
| 8 Entonces hizo Salomón fiesta siete días, y con él todo Israel, una gran congregación, desde la entrada de Hamat hasta el arroyo de Egipto. | 8 Und Salomo hielt damals das Fest sieben Tage lang und ganz Israel mit ihm, eine sehr große Gemeinde, von Hamat an bis an den Bach Ägyptens. |

And in the eighth day they made a solemn assembly: for they kept the dedication of the altar seven days, and the feast seven days.
| 9 Al octavo día hicieron solemne asamblea, porque habían hecho la dedicación del altar en siete días, y habían celebrado la fiesta solemne por siete días. | 9 Am achten Tage aber hielten sie eine Versammlung; denn die Einweihung des Altars hielten sie sieben Tage und das Fest auch sieben Tage. |

And on the three and twentieth day of the seventh month he sent the people away into their tents, glad and merry in heart for the goodness that the LORD had shewed unto David, and to Solomon, and to Israel his people.
| 10 Y a los veintitrés días del mes séptimo envió al pueblo a sus hogares, alegres y gozosos de corazón por los beneficios que Jehová había hecho a David y a Salomón, y a su pueblo Israel. | 10 So ließ er am dreiundzwanzigsten Tage des siebenten Monats das Volk fröhlich heimgehen und guten Mutes über all das Gute, das der HERR an David, Salomo und seinem Volk Israel getan hatte. |

Thus Solomon finished the house of the LORD, and the king's house: and all that came into Solomon's heart to make in the house of the LORD, and in his own house, he prosperously effected.
| 11 Terminó, pues, Salomón la casa de Jehová, y la casa del rey; y todo lo que Salomón se propuso hacer en la casa de Jehová, y en su propia casa, fue prosperado. | 11 So vollendete Salomo das Haus des HERRN und das Haus des Königs. Und es gelang ihm, alles, was ihm in den Sinn gekommen war, am Hause des HERRN und an seinem Hause auszuführen. (vgl. 1. Kön 9,1-9) |

And the LORD appeared to Solomon by night, and said unto him, I have heard thy prayer, and have chosen this place to myself for an house of sacrifice.
| 12 Y apareció Jehová a Salomón de noche, y le dijo: Yo he oído tu oración, y he elegido para mí este lugar por casa de sacrificio. | 12 Und der HERR erschien Salomo des Nachts und sprach zu ihm: Ich habe dein Gebet erhört und diese Stätte mir zum Opferhaus erwählt. |

If I shut up heaven that there be no rain, or if I command the locusts to devour the land, or if I send pestilence among my people;
| 13 Si yo cerrare los cielos para que no haya lluvia, y si mandare a la langosta que consuma la tierra, o si enviare pestilencia a mi pueblo; | 13 Siehe, wenn ich den Himmel verschließe, daß es nicht regnet, oder die Heuschrecken das Land fressen oder eine Pest unter mein Volk kommen lasse |

If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
| 14 si se humillare mi pueblo, sobre el cual mi nombre es invocado, y oraren, y buscaren mi rostro, y se convirtieren de sus malos caminos; entonces yo oiré desde los cielos, y perdonaré sus pecados, y sanaré su tierra. | 14 und dann mein Volk, über das mein Name genannt ist, sich demütigt, daß sie beten und mein Angesicht suchen und sich von ihren bösen Wegen bekehren, so will ich vom Himmel her hören und ihre Sünde vergeben und ihr Land heilen. |

Now mine eyes shall be open, and mine ears attent unto the prayer that is made in this place.
| 15 Ahora estarán abiertos mis ojos y atentos mis oídos a la oración en este lugar; | 15 So sollen nun meine Augen offen sein und meine Ohren aufmerken auf das Gebet an dieser Stätte. |

For now have I chosen and sanctified this house, that my name may be there for ever: and mine eyes and mine heart shall be there perpetually.
| 16 porque ahora he elegido y santificado esta casa, para que esté en ella mi nombre para siempre; y mis ojos y mi corazón estarán ahí para siempre. | 16 So habe ich nun dies Haus erwählt und geheiligt, daß mein Name dort sein soll ewiglich, und meine Augen und mein Herz sollen dort sein allezeit. |

And as for thee, if thou wilt walk before me, as David thy father walked, and do according to all that I have commanded thee, and shalt observe my statutes and my judgments;
| 17 Y si tú anduvieres delante de mí como anduvo David tu padre, e hicieres todas las cosas que yo te he mandado, y guardares mis estatutos y mis decretos, | 17 Und wenn du vor mir wandelst, wie dein Vater David gewandelt ist, daß du alles tust, was ich dich heiße, und meine Gebote und Rechte hältst, |

Then will I stablish the throne of thy kingdom, according as I have covenanted with David thy father, saying, There shall not fail thee a man to be ruler in Israel.
| 18 yo confirmaré el trono de tu reino, como pacté con David tu padre, diciendo: No te faltará varón que gobierne en Israel. | 18 so will ich den Thron deines Königtums bestätigen, wie ich mit deinem Vater David einen Bund geschlossen habe und gesagt: Es soll dir nicht fehlen an einem Mann, der über Israel Herr sei. |

But if ye turn away, and forsake my statutes and my commandments, which I have set before you, and shall go and serve other gods, and worship them;
| 19 Mas si vosotros os volviereis, y dejareis mis estatutos y mandamientos que he puesto delante de vosotros, y fuereis y sirviereis a dioses ajenos, y los adorareis, | 19 Werdet ihr euch aber abkehren und meine Rechte und Gebote, die ich euch vorgelegt habe, verlassen und hingehen und andern Göttern dienen und sie anbeten, |

Then will I pluck them up by the roots out of my land which I have given them; and this house, which I have sanctified for my name, will I cast out of my sight, and will make it to be a proverb and a byword among all nations.
| 20 yo os arrancaré de mi tierra que os he dado; y esta casa que he santificado a mi nombre, yo la arrojaré de mi presencia, y la pondré por burla y escarnio de todos los pueblos. | 20 so werde ich Israel ausreißen aus meinem Lande, das ich ihnen gegeben habe, und dies Haus, das ich meinem Namen geheiligt habe, werde ich von meinem Angesicht verwerfen und werde es zum Hohn machen und zum Spott unter allen Völkern. |

And this house, which is high, shall be an astonishment to every one that passeth by it; so that he shall say, Why hath the LORD done thus unto this land, and unto this house?
| 21 Y esta casa que es tan excelsa, será espanto a todo el que pasare, y dirá: żPor qué ha hecho así Jehová a esta tierra y a esta casa? | 21 Und vor diesem Hause, das so hoch erhoben wurde, werden sich entsetzen alle, die vorübergehen, und sagen: Warum ist der HERR mit diesem Lande und mit diesem Hause so verfahren? |

And it shall be answered, Because they forsook the LORD God of their fathers, which brought them forth out of the land of Egypt, and laid hold on other gods, and worshipped them, and served them: therefore hath he brought all this evil upon them. | 22 Y se responderá: Por cuanto dejaron a Jehová Dios de sus padres, que los sacó de la tierra de Egipto, y han abrazado a dioses ajenos, y los adoraron y sirvieron; por eso él ha traído todo este mal sobre ellos. | 22 Und man wird sagen: Weil sie den HERRN, den Gott ihrer Väter, verlassen haben, der sie aus Ägyptenland geführt hat, und sie sich an andere Götter gehängt und sie angebetet und ihnen gedient haben, darum hat er all dies Unheil über sie gebracht. |
