And it came to pass after these things, that Naboth the Jezreelite had a vineyard, which was in Jezreel, hard by the palace of Ahab king of Samaria.
| 1 Pasadas estas cosas, aconteció que Nabot de Jezreel tenía allí una viña junto al palacio de Acab rey de Samaria. | 1 Nach diesen Geschichten begab es sich: Nabot, ein Jesreeliter, hatte einen Weinberg in Jesreel, bei dem Palast Ahabs, des Königs von Samaria. |

And Ahab spake unto Naboth, saying, Give me thy vineyard, that I may have it for a garden of herbs, because it is near unto my house: and I will give thee for it a better vineyard than it; or, if it seem good to thee, I will give thee the worth of it in money.
| 2 Y Acab habló a Nabot, diciendo: Dame tu viña para un huerto de legumbres, porque está cercana a mi casa, y yo te daré por ella otra viña mejor que esta; o si mejor te pareciere, te pagaré su valor en dinero. | 2 Und Ahab redete mit Nabot und sprach: Gib mir deinen Weinberg; ich will mir einen Kohlgarten daraus machen, weil er so nahe an meinem Hause liegt. Ich will dir einen besseren Weinberg dafür geben, oder, wenn dir's gefällt, will ich dir Silber dafür geben, soviel er wert ist. |

And Naboth said to Ahab, The LORD forbid it me, that I should give the inheritance of my fathers unto thee.

And Ahab came into his house heavy and displeased because of the word which Naboth the Jezreelite had spoken to him: for he had said, I will not give thee the inheritance of my fathers. And he laid him down upon his bed, and turned away his face, and would eat no bread.
| 4 Y vino Acab a su casa triste y enojado, por la palabra que Nabot de Jezreel le había respondido, diciendo: No te daré la heredad de mis padres. Y se acostó en su cama, y volvió su rostro, y no comió. | 4 Da kam Ahab heim voller Unmut und zornig um des Wortes willen, das Nabot, der Jesreeliter, zu ihm gesagt hatte: Ich will dir meiner Väter Erbe nicht geben. Und er legte sich auf sein Bett und wandte sein Antlitz ab und aß nicht. |

But Jezebel his wife came to him, and said unto him, Why is thy spirit so sad, that thou eatest no bread?
| 5 Vino a él su mujer Jezabel, y le dijo: ¿Por qué está tan decaído tu espíritu, y no comes? | 5 Da kam seine Frau Isebel zu ihm hinein und redete mit ihm: Was ist's, daß dein Geist so voller Unmut ist und daß du nicht issest? |

And he said unto her, Because I spake unto Naboth the Jezreelite, and said unto him, Give me thy vineyard for money; or else, if it please thee, I will give thee another vineyard for it: and he answered, I will not give thee my vineyard.
| 6 El respondió: Porque hablé con Nabot de Jezreel, y le dije que me diera su viña por dinero, o que si más quería, le daría otra viña por ella; y él respondió: Yo no te daré mi viña. | 6 Er sprach zu ihr: Ich habe mit Nabot, dem Jesreeliter, geredet und gesagt: Gib mir deinen Weinberg für Geld, oder, wenn es dir lieber ist, will ich dir einen andern dafür geben. And Jezebel his wife said unto him, Dost thou now govern the kingdom of Israel? arise, and eat bread, and let thine heart be merry: I will give thee the vineyard of Naboth the Jezreelite.
| 7 Y su mujer Jezabel le dijo: ¿Eres tú ahora rey sobre Israel? Levántate, y come y alégrate; yo te daré la viña de Nabot de Jezreel. | 7 Da sprach seine Frau Isebel zu ihm: Du bist doch König über Israel! Steh auf und iß und sei guten Mutes! Ich werde dir den Weinberg Nabots, des Jesreeliters, verschaffen. |

So she wrote letters in Ahab's name, and sealed them with his seal, and sent the letters unto the elders and to the nobles that were in his city, dwelling with Naboth.
| 8 Entonces ella escribió cartas en nombre de Acab, y las selló con su anillo, y las envió a los ancianos y a los principales que moraban en la ciudad con Nabot. | 8 Und sie schrieb Briefe unter Ahabs Namen und versiegelte sie mit seinem Siegel und sandte sie zu den Ältesten und Oberen, die mit Nabot in seiner Stadt wohnten. |

And she wrote in the letters, saying, Proclaim a fast, and set Naboth on high among the people:
| 9 Y las cartas que escribió decían así: Proclamad ayuno, y poned a Nabot delante del pueblo; | 9 Und schrieb in den Briefen: Laßt ein Fasten ausrufen und setzt Nabot obenan im Volk, |

And set two men, sons of Belial, before him, to bear witness against him, saying, Thou didst blaspheme God and the king. And then carry him out, and stone him, that he may die.
| 10 y poned a dos hombres perversos delante de él, que atestigüen contra él y digan: Tú has blasfemado a Dios y al rey. Y entonces sacadlo, y apedreadlo para que muera. | 10 und stellt ihm zwei ruchlose Männer gegenüber, die da zeugen und sprechen: Du hast Gott und den König gelästert! Und führt ihn hinaus und steinigt ihn, daß er stirbt. |

And the men of his city, even the elders and the nobles who were the inhabitants in his city, did as Jezebel had sent unto them, and as it was written in the letters which she had sent unto them.
| 11 Y los de su ciudad, los ancianos y los principales que moraban en su ciudad, hicieron como Jezabel les mandó, conforme a lo escrito en las cartas que ella les había enviado. | 11 Und die Ältesten und Oberen, die mit ihm in seiner Stadt wohnten, taten, wie ihnen Isebel entboten hatte, wie sie in den Briefen geschrieben hatte, die sie zu ihnen sandte, |

They proclaimed a fast, and set Naboth on high among the people.
| 12 Y promulgaron ayuno, y pusieron a Nabot delante del pueblo. | 12 und sie ließen ein Fasten ausrufen und ließen Nabot obenan im Volk sitzen. |

And there came in two men, children of Belial, and sat before him: and the men of Belial witnessed against him, even against Naboth, in the presence of the people, saying, Naboth did blaspheme God and the king. Then they carried him forth out of the city, and stoned him with stones, that he died.
| 13 Vinieron entonces dos hombres perversos, y se sentaron delante de él; y aquellos hombres perversos atestiguaron contra Nabot delante del pueblo, diciendo: Nabot ha blasfemado a Dios y al rey. Y lo llevaron fuera de la ciudad y lo apedrearon, y murió. | 13 Da kamen die zwei ruchlosen Männer und stellten sich ihm gegenüber und verklagten Nabot vor dem Volk und sprachen: Nabot hat Gott und den König gelästert! Da führten sie ihn vor die Stadt hinaus und steinigten ihn, daß er starb. |

Then they sent to Jezebel, saying, Naboth is stoned, and is dead.
| 14 Después enviaron a decir a Jezabel: Nabot ha sido apedreado y ha muerto. | 14 Und sie sandten zu Isebel und ließen ihr sagen: Nabot ist gesteinigt und tot. |

And it came to pass, when Jezebel heard that Naboth was stoned, and was dead, that Jezebel said to Ahab, Arise, take possession of the vineyard of Naboth the Jezreelite, which he refused to give thee for money: for Naboth is not alive, but dead.
| 15 Cuando Jezabel oyó que Nabot había sido apedreado y muerto, dijo a Acab: Levántate y toma la viña de Nabot de Jezreel, que no te la quiso dar por dinero; porque Nabot no vive, sino que ha muerto. | 15 Als aber Isebel hörte, daß Nabot gesteinigt und tot war, sprach sie zu Ahab: Steh auf und nimm in Besitz den Weinberg Nabots, des Jesreeliters, der sich geweigert hat, ihn dir für Geld zu geben; denn Nabot lebt nicht mehr, sondern ist tot. |

And it came to pass, when Ahab heard that Naboth was dead, that Ahab rose up to go down to the vineyard of Naboth the Jezreelite, to take possession of it.
| 16 Y oyendo Acab que Nabot era muerto, se levantó para descender a la viña de Nabot de Jezreel, para tomar posesión de ella. | 16 Als Ahab hörte, daß Nabot tot war, stand er auf, um hinabzugehen zum Weinberge Nabots, des Jesreeliters, und ihn in Besitz zu nehmen. |

And the word of the LORD came to Elijah the Tishbite, saying,
| 17 Entonces vino palabra de Jehová a Elías tisbita, | 17 Aber das Wort des HERRN kam zu Elia, dem Tischbiter: |

Arise, go down to meet Ahab king of Israel, which is in Samaria: behold, he is in the vineyard of Naboth, whither he is gone down to possess it.
| 18 Levántate, desciende a encontrarte con Acab rey de Israel, que está en Samaria; he aquí él está en la viña de Nabot, a la cual ha descendido para tomar posesión de ella. | 18 Mach dich auf und geh hinab Ahab, dem König von Israel zu Samaria, entgegen - siehe, er ist im Weinberge Nabots, wohin er hinabgegangen ist, um ihn in Besitz zu nehmen - |

And thou shalt speak unto him, saying, Thus saith the LORD, Hast thou killed, and also taken possession? And thou shalt speak unto him, saying, Thus saith the LORD, In the place where dogs licked the blood of Naboth shall dogs lick thy blood, even thine.
| 19 Y le hablarás diciendo: Así ha dicho Jehová: ¿No mataste, y también has despojado? Y volverás a hablarle, diciendo: Así ha dicho Jehová: En el mismo lugar donde lamieron los perros la sangre de Nabot, los perros lamerán también tu sangre, tu misma sangre. | 19 und rede mit ihm und sprich: So spricht der HERR: Du hast gemordet, dazu auch fremdes Erbe geraubt! An der Stätte, wo Hunde das Blut Nabots geleckt haben, sollen Hunde auch dein Blut lecken. |

And Ahab said to Elijah, Hast thou found me, O mine enemy? And he answered, I have found thee: because thou hast sold thyself to work evil in the sight of the LORD.
| 20 Y Acab dijo a Elías: ¿Me has hallado, enemigo mío? El respondió: Te he encontrado, porque te has vendido a hacer lo malo delante de Jehová. | 20 Und Ahab sprach zu Elia: Hast du mich gefunden, mein Feind? Er aber sprach: Ja, ich habe dich gefunden, weil du dich verkauft hast, Unrecht zu tun vor dem HERRN. |

Behold, I will bring evil upon thee, and will take away thy posterity, and will cut off from Ahab him that pisseth against the wall, and him that is shut up and left in Israel,
| 21 He aquí yo traigo mal sobre ti, y barreré tu posteridad y destruiré hasta el último varón de la casa de Acab, tanto el siervo como el libre en Israel. | 21 Siehe, ich will Unheil über dich bringen und dich vertilgen samt deinen Nachkommen und will von Ahab ausrotten, was männlich ist, bis auf den letzten Mann in Israel |

And will make thine house like the house of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, and like the house of Baasha the son of Ahijah, for the provocation wherewith thou hast provoked me to anger, and made Israel to sin.
| 22 Y pondré tu casa como la casa de Jeroboam hijo de Nabat, y como la casa de Baasa hijo de Ahías, por la rebelión con que me provocaste a ira, y con que has hecho pecar a Israel. | 22 und will dein Haus machen wie das Haus Jerobeams, des Sohnes Nebats, und wie das Haus Baschas, des Sohnes Ahijas, um des Zornes willen, daß du mich erzürnt und Israel sündigen gemacht hast. |

And of Jezebel also spake the LORD, saying, The dogs shall eat Jezebel by the wall of Jezreel.
| 23 De Jezabel también ha hablado Jehová, diciendo: Los perros comerán a Jezabel en el muro de Jezreel. | 23 Und auch über Isebel hat der HERR geredet und gesprochen: Die Hunde sollen Isebel fressen an der Mauer Jesreels. |

Him that dieth of Ahab in the city the dogs shall eat; and him that dieth in the field shall the fowls of the air eat.
| 24 El que de Acab fuere muerto en la ciudad, los perros lo comerán, y el que fuere muerto en el campo, lo comerán las aves del cielo. | 24 Wer von Ahab stirbt in der Stadt, den sollen die Hunde fressen, und wer auf dem Felde stirbt, den sollen die Vögel unter dem Himmel fressen. |

But there was none like unto Ahab, which did sell himself to work wickedness in the sight of the LORD, whom Jezebel his wife stirred up.
| 25 (A la verdad ninguno fue como Acab, que se vendió para hacer lo malo ante los ojos de Jehová; porque Jezabel su mujer lo incitaba. | 25 Es war niemand, der sich so verkauft hätte, Unrecht zu tun vor dem HERRN wie Ahab, den seine Frau Isebel verführte. |

And he did very abominably in following idols, according to all things as did the Amorites, whom the LORD cast out before the children of Israel.
| 26 El fue en gran manera abominable, caminando en pos de los ídolos, conforme a todo lo que hicieron los amorreos, a los cuales lanzó Jehová de delante de los hijos de Israel. | 26 Und er versündigte sich dadurch über die Maßen, daß er den Götzen nachwandelte, ganz wie die Amoriter getan hatten, die der HERR vor Israel vertrieben hatte. |

And it came to pass, when Ahab heard those words, that he rent his clothes, and put sackcloth upon his flesh, and fasted, and lay in sackcloth, and went softly.
| 27 Y sucedió que cuando Acab oyó estas palabras, rasgó sus vestidos y puso cilicio sobre su carne, ayunó, y durmió en cilicio, y anduvo humillado. | 27 Als aber Ahab diese Worte hörte, zerriß er seine Kleider und legte ein härenes Tuch um seinen Leib und fastete und schlief darin und ging bedrückt einher. |

And the word of the LORD came to Elijah the Tishbite, saying,
| 28 Entonces vino palabra de Jehová a Elías tisbita, | 28 Und das Wort des HERRN kam zu Elia, dem Tischbiter: |

Seest thou how Ahab humbleth himself before me? because he humbleth himself before me, I will not bring the evil in his days: but in his son's days will I bring the evil upon his house. | 29 ¿No has visto cómo Acab se ha humillado delante de mí? Pues por cuanto se ha humillado delante de mí, no traeré el mal en sus días; en los días de su hijo traeré el mal sobre su casa. | 29 Hast du nicht gesehen, wie sich Ahab vor mir gedemütigt hat? Weil er sich nun vor mir gedemütigt hat, will ich das Unheil nicht kommen lassen zu seinen Lebzeiten, aber zu seines Sohnes Lebzeiten will ich das Unheil über sein Haus bringen. |
